5 pocket weight belt

This is the second weight belt I purchased of this type. This one is inferior and much smaller than the same 5 pocket belt I purchased from amazon previously. The buckle seems to be lower quality material and the belt is smaller waist wise than advertised. they say it fits to a 42" waist and that may be but than you could not buckle it.

Great quality. It didn't end up working for the reason I purchased it, but a great quality product.

DON'T BUY IT!!

The short end of the webbing is not long enough to use securely, no matter whether you use that end to attach the buckle to or to use it as the end you thread through the buckle to close it. The webbing is just not balanced correctly in length to fit properly. The long end is too long and the short end is too short. Just FYI, I have approximately 800 dives under my belt and many certifications, including cavern/cave diving. I am experienced in buying, using and making gear work for me. I wouldn't usually buy this cheap, but was fooled by the other reviews and in a big hurry to get it before my next dive trip - there were not many reasonably priced dive belts to choose from on Amazon Prime the day I ordered it.

Cheap Zipper

Belt has a cheap pot metal zipper and is not appropriate at all for salt water. I have only used it a few times and rinsed after each use but it has already corroded and seized in place in the one month since I last used it. Look for something with a plastic zipper which tend to last forever.

NO BUCKLE

There is no buckle on the belt as shown in the picture! the belt is completely useless without the buckle
