Great deal!
Awesome topper. As good if not better than higher priced mattress toppers. Made such a a big difference. Thicker than I thought it would be, durable and comfy. I went from hating my bed to loving it! Super Quick delivery too! Do not hesitate on this purchase!

Surprise use
I didn't buy this for my bed. I cut it to make my existing kitchen chairs more comfortable. I measured and easily cut it with normal scissors and placed it under my chair covers. Works like a charm. Better than the uncomfortable leather seats we had. Thinking outside the box to save money.

Amazing Except for Being Too Small
It's not actually a full size. I know this because my bed frame and mattress are all from the same brand, so it's a couple of inches too short width and height wise. The sizing thing is easy to overlook if you're not sharing your bed, though. Everything else about it is well worth the buy, though.

Not soft
I like how quickly it shipped, easy to unwrap, and settled well, but it’s not as soft as I had expected which is disappointing. Doesn’t add any more comfort than the original mattress.

***********BUYER BEWARE*************READ THE FINE PRINT************** I ordered and received 34 mattresses and 15 mattress toppers from Zinus (through Amazon) in September 2020. I am a business owner. I own vacation rental units that I furnish. Out of the 49 Zinus items I purchased ONLY 20% were in good enough condition to be used. Of the 20% that expanded to their original size and look good they are horribly firm and uncomfortable. PLEASE read all the fine print before purchasing the Zinus mattresses and mattress toppers! On the main purchasing page of Amazon this is the verbiage. • Expertly packaged- Our technology allows this mattress to be efficiently compressed into one box that is easily shipped and maneuvered into the bedroom; simply unbox, unroll and this mattress do the rest, expanding to its original shape within 72 hours. Which I understood it meant “once you open the mattress it takes 72 hours for it to expand to its maximum shape”. That is not the case!! IF you happen to find the teeny tiny little link labeled “Installation Manual” really far down the page it states… “Please remove from packaging within 72 hours of receipt to make sure your mattress can grow to its full potential.” We had many construction delays, and the mattresses did stay boxed up for a couple of months in a storage unit while we waited for the units to be complete. If Zinus would have properly disclosed the mattress requirements better, I would have definitely figured something else out and not left them boxed up. You would think that if it is a matter of 3 days that makes a mattress usable or unusable it would be WELL published. I have spent HOURS on the phone with Amazon who stated they could not do anything, and I needed to contact Zinus. I then have spent countless hours on the phone with Zinus which got me nowhere other than a customer service email. I sent many emails to Zinus customer service since 12/23/2020 with pictures of all mattresses and toppers. They have emailed me back, but each response takes days. They kept escalating the claim up the management ladder. I have requested a replacement for all the defective mattresses. I initially did not want a refund I just wanted mattresses I could use. At one point they told me they would replace them. Then many days later they said they did not have enough in stock to replace them. I find this odd that they do not have at least 11 King size mattresses in stock at any given time. When I told them, I cannot wait for months on end to receive my replacements, since they are for a business and I need to start renting it out, they told me they would send me a “prorated” refund. I am not sure why it would be prorated since I was still within the 100-night trial period. But either way I have received nothing! They told me they would send me a refund and the “refund department” would be getting a hold of me to set it up and I have heard NOTHING. I have emailed them numerous times to each person I dealt with along the way and none of them have responded to me in the last 16 days. So as far as I am concerned Zinus has an 80% terrible product and their customer service wasted my time, and I did not receive reimbursement or replacement for my unusable products. I have purchased replacement mattresses from another company since I cannot wait any longer. I definitely DO NOT recommend Zinus or any of their products and I will never purchase from them again. I will be getting the word out as well to the many other rental owners I network with and letting them know of my experience. The pictures I have included are the mattresses and mattress toppers that had been unboxed for 3-4 weeks. That is all they expanded.

Love It!
After unravelling and placing on the bed it appeared not as wide as the bed and was quite compressed. Within a hour it had expanded beautifully to fit the Queen bed. I had an amazing sleep on the first night, well less than 24 hours after unpackaging. Extremely comfortable. Very Happy!

Good for back pain!
My rent apartment I have a spring mattress. It doesn’t support my lower back much so I decide to get a topper. I had bought Zinus’ hybrid mattress 2 years ago and I knew their mattress is comfortable. So I ordered this one. At first it looks horrible and small, I was worried if it would say like that forever. I let it sit for 24 hours as the instruction says. After 24 hours staying in room temperature, the form raised back. The size is almost the same as the queen mattress I have, just 1 inch shorter. Sitting on it is not comfortable, because my butt will sink in, but lying down is very comfortable. It gives my back enough support so it won’t hurt after getting up in the morning. I’m not quite sure if this is real gel form like the other comments mentioned, because it looks really rough. There are some small cuts on the topper but nothing serious. I am also suspecting this form will be easy to tire apart, and won’t last long. We will see.

3 1/2 Stars. Comfort and pain relief but not a perfect fit or “cooling”.
The 3” Queen memory foam expanded quickly and there wasn’t any odor. 3 hours after unpacking it had expanded to its full size, though after having had it for a few weeks it remains 1” too narrow and a full 3” shorter than the length of my Queen size mattress. I had borrowed the 4” version of this mattress topper from my parents, it was comfortable but with only 2” of memory foam and 2” of high density foam I thought I’d prefer the 3” full memory foam. I was right, it is very comfortable when laying on my back or on either side, slightly less so if I try to lay on my stomach. It is also less expensive for the 3” full memory foam, why pay more for 2” memory and 2” high density? The major issue I have and why I’d rate it 3 1/2 stars instead of 4 is the way it retains heat. This is NOT a “cooling” mattress topper. If anything it is warming. That and the size inaccuracy are the only drawbacks. Best to sleep nearer the middle of the mattress and away from the edge, I’ve found if you sleep too near the edge there isn’t as much support and you end up with a large amount of foam built up on one side of you and nothing in the other. It works for what I needed, I’ve had hip pains for a few years and will need hip replacement, this memory foam has reduced my discomfort when sleeping.

Very Comfy!
Very comfy. Happy with. Was leery when I saw it before it inflated, but was perfect within hours. Only con may be that it tears/picks easily, so get your mattress cover on right away to protect it.
