Kind of upset

I ordered two of these (two separate orders) only one package arrived and I haven't got any help from support. They work fine but I'm out that money.

I ordered the S shape but got 3 piece

Title says all. I don't care, an airlock is an airlock, but it seems like the quality control is kind of messed up based on other reviews. Don't expect exactly what you ordered. However for such a cheap price I can't complain

Stoppers may have different size holes, make sure airlock can fit or you might have a bottle break!

I saw several reviews saying that they received broken airlocks, but don’t let that deter you: I received one broken airlock in my package, emailed the seller and got a very fast response telling me that a new one was on its way, plus extra goodies in the bag! I got a replacement sent to Hawaii in 2 days. When I got around to using them: the first airlock went on my clear half gallon bottle (stopper first then airlock) and it went in perfectly; the next one went on my dark half gallon bottle, but this time I put the airlock in the stopper first and pushed the whole thing in (obviously it didn’t go in all the way but it’s enough for a good seal). Those have been stopped up for over a week with no problems. [fyi there are no instructions for using the airlocks, so if you don’t know how to use them you should look them up] Unfortunately, today as I put the airlock in my gallon bottle, the neck broke. The stopper went in fine, but it looked like the hole in this one stopper wasn’t large enough for the airlock (I didn’t have this issue with my other stoppers), and when I tried to push the airlock in, it broke the neck of my new bottle! You can see I tried to jam the stopper in enough past the crack after it broke so that I could seal it because I don’t have another large bottle, but once this gallon is done fermenting I’ll have to replace the bottle and see if there’s anything I can do to drill a larger hole in the stopper. ???? TLDR: Make sure that the airlocks fit in your stoppers before inserting them, and be extremely careful of the neck of your bottles.
