Great quality and cedar aroma

The shoe trees are the best which is why I bought a second pair - I am on an extended business trip and didn't bring my shoe trees from home - that's to my advantage having experienced these from Allen Edmonds. On this second pair however I wasn't expecting one of the trees to fall apart when I took it out of the box. One of the two securing nails had not been hammered into place - good thing it was still in the box.

Great Quality Construction

Good strong cedar smell on these show trees. They work well to maintain the shape of my shoes. Well constructed.

Decent trees

They do the job at a decent price. I personally like the Stratton trees better but these do expand to fit.

Men's shoes. He liked them. Does what it's suppose to do. The only thing is ,they aren't adjustable. Otherwise they're Good.

smaller than expected

Bought these sized as per many of the customer's suggestions. These run small. I have a pair of 11EE boots and these barely make contact with any type of tension. Also dont care for the cheap metal axis that piece slide on. But, you get what you pay for

Large is too small

My shoes are men’s size 12 or 13. The Large shoe tree was too small, not reaching the toe to heel length of the shoe. Gave them to my wife

Fit

I am size 12 "D". Supposedly "D" means Normal, Medium or Standard. According to the Allen Edmonds (Woodlore) size chart a 12D should use an XL shoe tree. But since it's the smallest shoe in the XL group I opted to size down to L, fearing that the XL would be too big and hard to slip in/out or would stretch out the shoe. The L fits fine. In fact the label on the side of the box says the L fits 9 1/2W to 12 1/2N. I don't know what "N" means, maybe Normal. In any event, the L appears to be the right size for my size 12 Addidas sneakers.

Just ok

They are just ok for a size 9 shoe. Bit bigger would have been beeter. Not as sturdy as they look in the photograph.
