Why don't ADULT mouth rise have the squeeze bottle feature??

This is your typical kids mouth rise. I came mainly to say we love the bottle for it's squeeze feature. It's so kids friendly and even friendly for parents who have weak hands or dexterity issues. After you take off the cap, you will see a cup attach to the top. You just squeeze till you reach the fill line and then can either pour it out to the cap or pour it directly into the mouth. It's so easy, our Son who normally has weak hands, can do it by himself. Also: My Hubby was today years old when he found out you don't need to rinse after using mouthwash. After you spit it out, you are good to go.
