Good value stringer.

A very good cheap stringer. Just know that the hardware is all aluminum and not solid brass as described.

Falsely described.

In the end it's a stringer at a reasonable price. It is described as having brass entry pin and heavy brass crimp sleeve which are far superior to aluminum. Both pin and crimp sleeve are aluminum. If those items had been brass this would have been a 5 star bargain for sure. There should be some sort of penalty for vendors that falsely advertise their items.

NOT BRASS. MISLEADING DESCRIPTION. The listing is internally contradictory. While the title describes the metal parts as aluminum, the text describes brass parts in two places and the photo shows brass parts. It's decently made, but the aluminum point certainly won't hold up as well as brass would. There may be some corrosion problems in salt water, too.
