Good item, bad delivery.

The item is good, the experience sucked! USPS completely screwed up the order and claimed it was delivered when it wasn't. Apparently someone tried to make it right by replacing it with a grey cat condo instead of the wood brown that I ordered. Very irritating when you take the time to actually search for one that matches the intended room.

Easy assembly great for small/medium cats.

It was in the floor 5 seconds and they were on it. Was extremely easy to assemble. Exactly what I wanted but a bit smaller than I hoped. My almost 20 lbs boy can't get in bottom but the smaller one can so it's ok. They are happily scratching away on it.

Very small for kittens

Looks very nice, but.... TOO SMALL and not sturdy. My small cat can't enter the box and the condo is tiny. When she jumped on top it toppled over, very disappointed. On the good side, very pretty and easy to assemble

Overall, pretty nice. I did have to buy an additional padding for the top as I can feel the flat head screw where the scratching post screws in.

My cats are too big to use this. Have had for 4 months and they don't touch it. Kittens only!

Great cat house

We bought this to go in front of the kitchen window so our cat can jump up and look out at the birds. He loves it but the top is a little small but our cat is really large (26 pounds) and he does fit on the top but barely. He will not fit in the bottom opening at all. If you have a small cat this would work well for you but if you have a large cat like us please know that your cat probably won’t fit in the bottom. I still love this and would buy it again and would recommend.

Fine Aside From Misleading Fabric Photo

Structure and stability is fine for a medium to small sized cat but the seller's photo is completely misleading. The fabric is a soft carpet material as opposed to the more durable and stain resistant fabric pictured.

Tips over very easily

My cats are under 10 pounds but when they position themselves to jump into the top tray by grasping the edge of it with their claws first before jumping in, it falls over. Unless they make a leap without bracing themselves first, it will tip over. Also the string that's attached to the ball toy is elastic and they get their paws wrapped up and ultimately caught in the elastic; and I keep their names trimmed. Very disappointed in this ASPCA product.
