I've been looking for a good baking pan for a while. This was perfect. I bought 2. Easy to clean. They do bend when they get hot but go back to normal. I recommend these for sure.

Aug 2021: Still loving it! I use it all the time (not as much in the summer when it's hot) and have continued hand washing, and it's still working like the day I got it. I usually use it to bake breads or roast chicken and potatoes. The small size has made life so much easier. Feb 2020: I love this cookie sheet! It truly is nonstick. I have only handwashed, just to be on the safe side, but most of the time just a rinse takes off anything cooked on, and otherwise it just needs a squirt of soap and a quick swipe of the brush. It has held up great, and saved me in scrubbing and using foil every time. It does warp under high temps, but goes right back to shape within a minute or so of taking it out of the oven. I like the smaller size too. I got rid of my other cookie sheets and just use this one now.

Easy to clean!!

The first time I used this was to cook toast in my oven (no, I do not have a toaster) and, I will admit, I think the pan got scorched in one spot. But I had the oven set on bake at 525 F which maybe this pan can't handle. That charred spot isn't coming off. I can live with it though. Since then, I've kept the temperature at our under 450 and it is seriously SO easy to clean. A quick spray under the faucet and all visible gunk comes off. A quick wipe with a soapy sponge and it's ready to go. Plus, even with the scorching, it cooked the toast nice and even. And I've been able to make toast since without any additional scorching. All in all, a win for less than $6 per pan.

So far so good

This pan gets used few times a week & have noticed things seem to be cooking/ roasting more evenly than previous pans. Love the texture of the pan. I handwash it & it's a breeze. Had it about a month now & noticed it's a tad warped. Not as bad as others..hopefully it won't get any worse - for $12 can't really complain

Super Release, Commercial Quality, and only soapy wash rag needed to clean.

This is totally a top shelf (best of the best) pan. Never have I seen a truly non-stick baking dish or cookie pan that releases ALL the appearance of baked on food. The pan is NOT flimsy and does not deform with heat, like the cheaper "copper xx" pans. I am not a professional cook, but just a widower that cooks to save money. I am blown away by the quality and actually living up to the hype stated in the brochure/on-line information. Ayesha Curry kitchenware is a gold star winner. Good engineering!

Great pan so far

I have only baked with this pan once so far but I'm loving it right now. It did not flex in the oven (normal cake-baking temp, nothing crazy). My cake didn't stick at all so it was super fast to clean. If I have any durability issues in the future I will update this. It feels nice and sturdy and I am happy with my purchase.
