It's okay

The belt uses velcro to attach...the velcro is in the back, it's really difficult to get it tight enough because the velcro is in the back. The recommended programming is really low, feels like a little tingle so I boost it up to about 16 to feel anything. I don't use it regularly enough to say whether it's effective

El cinturón es más cómodo, esta muy bien hecho, su limpieza es fácil. Lo utilizo con gel para electroestimulación. Es posible conectar un cable para dos electrodos.

No ideal for individuals looking to tone up

I'm 5'5" and 125 lbs and a size 26"/2 in pants. I'm medically considered not overweight or underweight. I bought this belt and it's quite large. It couldn't get it to wrap around my body tight enough for the electric shocks to consistently touch me throughout the duration of wearing the belt. It's not uncomfortable or itchy, but the program settings are kind of confusing. And, there are only 4 programs. I found another belt, though, made by Slendertone, and highly recommend you check that one out! I will note to those who are picky about the sticky gel pads: The one beneficial aspect of this Beurer belt is it doesn't have the sticky gel pads that you have to change out. The Slendertone belt does require you to replace the pads. But you can order them in bulk and they stick well to the body.

Feels too big on me, and I don’t quite understand it.

I find it kind of difficult to figure out and I can’t really tell how well it works. First, it’s actually too big for me. I can’t get it to fit and sit where I want it, I have to hold it tighter to get it to sit flat around my waist. I don’t need to lose weight, I just wanted to firm up, tone up and I’m not sure it works for me. My waist is approx 31 inches for reference.

Great supplemental accessory for toning!

I added the use of the EM37 to my current workout/nutritional routine and have had fantastic results. It was easy to use right out of the package, as the instructions were succinct yet still sufficiently detailed. Using water instead of gel to conduct the electricity was the feature that most intrigued me about this product and it has not disappointed. I get a great workout (evenly distributed) every time and the cleanup is straightforward. This is my first purchase of a Beurer product; I am thoroughly impressed and I absolutely will be using their services to fill my product needs in the future!
