Worth it

I never knew a product like this existed before I got my silky chickens. I was concerned because it was so pricey compared to other shampoos but I have to say it is worth it. It instantly dissolves bird poop! Like magic! I keep it around to also spot clean my my clothes, shoes or anything else that my that might need poo washed off.

Works great!

I use this shampoo on my little indoor hen. She has feathered feet that are harder to clean if she is diaper-less and decides to step in her poop when she is chilling in her kennel. I soak her feet in this stuff (obviously diluted with water!) for about 3 minutes, and then scrub and rinse. Good as new! I highly recommend this stuff! She doesn't mind it either. (:

Chicken Shampoo

We got this to bathe our silkies in. They are to small now but it works well to wash their feet in!

Gentle and effective

Chickens spend so much time carefully preening their feathers, it was great to find a product that cleaned them without stripping the oils! This was a very gentle and effective product.

Thin as water.

It's very thin and not ideal for washing a chicken. I had some issues as I rescue chickens and had a sick one that needed a bum wash a couple times a day. It's thin like water. Didn't help the issues at all not to mention washing a chicken alone leaves you to only have one hand for shaping up. Would be ideal if it was thicker liquid and had a pump. I poured half out before I could upright it. I ended up just using dawn dish soap.
