Very please with this it. I actually purchased 2 of them, one for the area by our boat lift, and one much further away by another docking area. My only disappointment is that the nozzles that came with each one, didn’t work because of a piece inside was broken, so I ended up having to spend more money for nozzles. We noticed the nozzles were broken after the units were already mounted and the only thing Amazon could do was a return and exchange - since I had to hire someone to mount the units, that was not logical for 2 $12 nozzles, wish I would have at least gotten a credit as these units were sold as complete and they were NOT cheap.

Easy to use

This real is awesome but it does come with a BIG install task. I had to have my machine shop make a special plate to acomodate the beam size within my garage but once I finally got it installed I found it worked like a dream. I was concerned about the 10 foot minimum height as I installed it on the ceiling of my garage but even at 7' it works great. So easy to pull and retracked that I have others who have seen it say that are going to get one themselves.

Delivered with a sticky greasy film on the hose

This hose and assembly are sturdy and well made. Apparently the people at this company never actually use the product though. It is shipped with a heavy film on the hose, presumably to preserve the hose to keep it supple or something. This substance is unbelievable, after using the hose I have to wash my hands and then use paper towels to try and remove it from my hands, that gets most of it but not all. I'll never understand companies like this that thank their customers for an expensive purchase by giving them an unpleasant surprise. Going to do some research on how to remove this film once and for all. Thanks for nothing.

The hose reel to end all hose reels

If you want a hose reel that your great grand kids will be using this is the one to go with. This thing is build like a car from the 60s everything is steel. I got this for truck driver they spray off their truck at the end on the day so gets used alot and it holds up to them. So if you used this at your house it will still be there after you are gone.

super nice!

I had a plumber run me a hot cold spigot in the garage last year. I searched everywhere for a hose capable of hot water and when I found this I was just thrilled. I bought the optional swivel mount and love it! In the winter time I drag it out to the driveway to wash the salt off the cars. I simply then run the pressure washer for an extra minute to suck out any water in the hose otherwise, the hose will freeze.

Great piece af machinery

This thing is the tits. Definitely a must have for any gardener. OMG straight game changer. If you need to water long rows in tight spaces this thing actually works it does what it says easily. Your dumbest guy can use it and it will . He will look like he actually knows what he's doing and he will stop killing plants with the hose. Money saved is money made. Paid for itself already.

NOT 50 feet, DOES kink, hose was covered with some kind of lubricant. Interior size of hose smaller
