Helps my neck
I loved this when I first bought it. I purchased it when my Chiropractor recommended that I get one for chronic & MRI confirmed neck issues. She said that they are basic and no need to purchase any of the expensive versions. She also gave me instructions on how she recommended that I use it safely and how to get the best results in my case. I used it daily and it definitely did help until the knob that opens & closes the air valve stopped working and would just spin. I requested a return and my request was granted. But, In the meantime I had a couple of family crisis situations ????and this was not a priority. When things calmed down I couldn’t remember where I had put it but finally found it under clean black towels that I had thrown in a black laundry basket. Because it had been a while, I decided to try it again before I made any attempt to contact the seller to explain & try again to get it replaced. To my surprise it worked and I haven’t had the problem since. I’m not sure what had happened but I’m hopeful that it has resolved itself if any further problems. A change that I would like to see is that the Velcro area on the 2 closure straps be increased because I’m not able to secure them as far as I would like to. My neck size is average (to small) & I have to only use about the last 1/4th of the Velcro. I will hear them trying to pull loose and sometimes have to readjust them so they don’t pull off when I get to my full extension range. This neck traction device has & is helpful for my neck issues and, with doctor approval, I do recommend it for anyone with the same issues. I DO suggest that prior to purchasing or using any device for medical issues you may have, that you should first check with your doctor for their advice and/or approval!

There are some rather ridiculous videos on TikTok showing these, with people doing both, suggesting this feels almost as good as sex and/or that your neck pops when you tighten it sufficiently. I have to be careful in my case as I had a rather severe stroke a few years ago and have a coil in my neck somewhere. So I just wanted the occasional relief of having my neck slightly stretched. It does provide some post-stretch relief which is good enough for me, but the TikTok thing as with most videos on there are silly.

Works Great; Smells BAD!
This thing really works but it makes your whole house smell like a chemical weapons factory. ???????????????? Pros: Really helps stretch your neck and spinal column Cons: Smells really, really bad...(even after you air it out outside for a couple days).

Very comfortable, had a minor issue.
When I received this, I was in a lot of pain. Immediately after pumping it up, I felt relief. Sitting at my desk for any period of time was extremely painful. Now when I ache I put this on and pump up enough to apply a small amount of tension. I can then sit at the desk and continue working. I have also used traction collar with a lot more air pressure. I only do this for about 30sec to a minute and then release and pump again. After doing this a few times my neck is much looser and the tension in my muscles are reduced. This gives me a solid one to two hours of relief. The problem I had was the air valve in the and pump came a part. I have to pull the valve out of the bubble and put it together again with crazy glue. After that I had the fun of trying to reinstall the valve which required a good deal of patience and a couple small screwdrivers to stretch the hole enough. Think of it like putting on a bike tire. I was a bit disappointed when it happened.

Well made but little awkward
I have issues with my neck and lives how my doc pulled in my had after and adjustment, so she recommended this. I tried it, but it was honestly not very effective cuz there’s no way for it to anchor under your chin - it kept pushing my face fat up. (I’m not skinny but I’m not THAT chubby!). It’s so bulky it extends out further than my jawline. Other than that, it’s constructed well and inflated easily.

Great for Cervical Traction, Meditation, and neck fatigue.
The collar pushes the head and shoulders apart, allowing for decompression around the upper spine and neck muscles (cervical traction). This type of stretch feels great, too. The collar can also be used for neck fatigue when sitting at the desk all day. It's also really great for meditation, especially sessions when one falls asleep and falls over, as it'll protect the neck and prevent from falling into painful positions. This is the 2nd time I bought this type of product as they wear out over time. Really happy that this product can be found here and will buy again once this one wears out.

El día dos de uso se echó a perder la bomba de aire. Se resuelve al inflar con la boca, pero no duró ni dos días.
