Jut what I needed!

We are at a RV resort where the sewer pipe is recessed in the concrete. I couldn't get the sewer hose attached the way it should have been so I had to put weight on it to hold it in place while I ordered this extension. I should have bought this piece a long time ago because it offers the extra room I needed and will likely need again at some point in the future. I highly recommend this extension!

Perfect for when needed!

There are so many campgrounds now that have depressed sewer connections that make it near impossible to use the standard elbow connection. This raises that elbow and makes connecting your sewer hose MUCH easier.

Exactly what I needed!

If you've tried inserting the 90 degree elbow of your sewer hose into a drain hole that has a good amount of slope to the concrete around it and can't get a full seating into the drain, resulting in some leakage (or the worry of it), then this is what you need to give you that little bit of extra lift before making the 90 degree turn. Great to have in your "stinky" tote for those sites that have this issue.

An extra part, but super handy when you need it

This fits inside the elbow joint of an RV sewer hose (attaching tightly to the threaded end that screws into the sewer and the elbow joint itself). We've stayed at a few campgrounds with recessed sewer connections that prevents a tight (screwed in properly) connection, and this has completely solved the problem- it allows a secure sewer connection in a recessed sewer with out a lot of fuss. It has the added benefit of being clear, which can give you an idea of how dumping/flushing is going. I noticed that at least 1 review indicates that the added height could lead to instability, and this person must not understand how this is supposed to work - it's should be securely attached in the elbow sewer joint and it will be perfectly stable and useful when you need it.
