Great design, poor QC and packaging.

This is a review for Camco 51895 Bamboo Folding Table TL;DR: Looks great and has nice features but lack of quality assurance/checking, poor packaging, and shoddy materials means you will likely receive a damaged table. Table looks nice and folds well but unfortunately, mine arrived damaged - twice... first one had a dented leg was the second one had a broken clasp. While the item is poorly packed (no styrofoam or spacers) which is probably the reason behind the broken clasp, the leg was likely dented prior to assembly since all of the legs show an indent at around the same point. This also means that the plastic and metal (aluminum?) used on the table are fairly weak. I didn't have a problem with the wood surface but, another reviewer had the screws pop out... however, that is more likely due to the assembler using too much torque when screwing in the parts. If you decide to get and keep, I strongly recommend giving the item a thorough inspection and also to test weights on the table to ensure it meets the 85lbs spec (I did 35kg dumbbells which is about 75lbs). On a side note, Amazon returns is okay, but they simply weren't able to do an even exchange on this item... what is up with that!? Had to do a manual exchange on this making this already inconvenient experience even worse...

Works for my pellet grill

I am using this for a Pit boss Tabletop pellet grill which weighs in at 48lbs. Table is sturdy enough for the grill but there's not any additional space on the table as you can see. I needed something that stowed away pretty small and this table is great in that aspect. The adjustable bottom feet offer about an 1 inch or so of adjustment to help level out but it's not much. I'm using on concrete so not an issue for me. Came with small nylon, zip up carry case.

Great Purchase, Ingenious Design

I rarely write reviews. But this little table is worth it. It is smartly designed and folds into a small bag that can fit easily into tight spaces. The bamboo tabletop is sturdy and smooth with rounded edges. The legs telescope out. It’s a too heavy for backpacking. But it’s perfect for car camping or even a short hike to a picnic. I bought these to use in an Airstream camper so that I can put them away to make room for beds at night. Very glad I purchased this.

Nice camp table. Even better pop up WFH pandemic desk.

This is a great table. I’ve used it actually as both a camp table AND a pop up desk at home. It’s the perfect size for my laptop 13” MacBook, a notebook and a water bottle. Camping we used this to play cards on and also to keep closer to us by the fire as a side table for our lights, drinks and phones. The bag leaves much to be desired. It’s delicate and has a tear in it upon arrival. And the legs were sticky. But some wd40 greased them up just fine and they’re okay. I think the hardware on the table is suitable for this type of table. I think it’s a little pricey for what it is. But it came in handy for my needs and I used it practically everyday for a month on a work deadline- so it’s earned it’s value. It is heavy. So you can’t take it backpacking. And if your camp site has a picnic table you prob won’t need this, unless it’s as an added luxury. Since work from home and covid this makes a really great pop up desk that folds into something you can tuck away under your bed, best for me to be honest. I was able to use my couch/lounge chair for this and the height was great.

Good stuff but size is not enough.

Truly good portable table. And sturdiness is 7 to 10. Surface finishing is a little bit bad, because my sweater was ripped from table’s edge.

Good quality versatile table

Nice looking and sturdy table. Love that the height is adjustable and the legs fold up so neatly. The carry handle is great too. The first one that came hadn't been properly packed so it had a ding along one edge. No problem getting an exchange and the 2nd one is perfect and was well packed. The table is a little heavier than I would prefer but still manageable. I'm sure I'll be using it for a long time.

Versatile, good quality table

I was looking for a new camping table for a new motorhome I had bought. I needed something that would fold down to fit in a small space, as locker space is tight. This table is perfect. It folds and fits neatly into its bag and stores away into a small locker. I like the height adjustable legs, and the quality of the wood table top. I use it as my dining table inside and outside the motorhome.

Great little table that folds up for storage!

Big fan of this table. Arrived in about 4 days. I thought I would have to assemble it but when I opened the nifty zippered carrying case I was delighted to find it assembled but just ingeniously folded up. Quite amazing how nearly it folds. It's not light but that means it seems nice and sturdy for my use as a work table. Perfect size. People who complain about the dimensions confuse me - they give the measurements in the description!! I really like the bamboo surface as well. Very pleased!!
