These provide ultimate isolation

I have several sets of these for different in ears that I use, but these specifically are for the KS-10's that can be bought through this site as well. The ones that come with the KS10 are crap...3 times that came off in my ear, and I was constantly resetting my ears to get them to seat right -not fun during a live show. But the comply ear foam fits very snuggly, and creates a very nice seal such that i can run my belt pack at a much lower volume, and the batteries last a ton longer....

They work and help bring out the base in my IEM's Silicon tips dont stay in my hears. My cat like to eat them if you have pets keep ur IEM's in a case.

Good at blocking ambient sound; problematic fit for my earbuds

Update: Kudos to Comply customer service for a response to my email within 48 hours. They have not tested any of their products with my particular brand of earbuds (Raycon 25). They suggested I try their SmartCore tips instead, which is what they recommend for brands they haven't tested. However, they did caution that they will probably not fit in the charging case and would have to be removed in order to charge them. In the plus category: Easy to pop on to my earbuds. Easy to insert in the ear, and the foam expands to hold them in place and block ambient sound. Negatives: Pop off the earbuds too easily-they remain in the ear when I try to remove the earbuds, and can be challenging to remove. Won't fit properly in the earbud charging case-prevents the case from snapping closed to secure the devices and insure charging. I've contacted Comply and will update if I learn anything.

Never Hear Your Coworkers Again

I have been wanting to these specific set of tips for YEARS and I wish I would have bought them sooner. I use them on my pair of Jaybirds (make sure to verify you are buying the right model tips for your earphones). and they are much better than the stock pair. The stock pair would stay in my ear if I removed them after I was done with a workout. I tried cleaning them and making sure not to stick them in to deep and still they would get stuck in my ear and eventually I lost an eartip in the car somewhere. That was the best thing that could have happened because then I was forced to purchase these tips. These never get stuck in my ear or stay in my ear after removal. Another bonus is you get more than one pair that way if by some miracle you do lose one or it deteriorates you can easily replace it.

Using on my Jaybird Bluebuds X earbuds

First off, I love these earphone tips! I've been using my first set for 3 weeks now. I have these on my Jaybird Bluebuds X earbuds - and yes, they do fit. You're going to read a lot of negative reviews on here about how the center of the earphone tip is too small for the Jaybird earbuds. If you hold the foam tip next to the jaybird ear piece, why yes, you've made a correct observation. The foam tips input center IS smaller than the jaybird earphone piece. Why wouldn't it be? I want to make sure these tips are secure on my headphones. I mean, come on, you just spent $135 on a pair of headphones... do you really want your headphones wobbling around in your ear and have it fall out and hit the ground? You want it to be a firm hold to prevent that scenario. Yes when you install these foam tips onto your device, you'll need to have firm squeeze on the piece, and as you push, twist the earphone tip and it'll glide right on (with little effort). Now that we have gotten that taken care of, lets talk about the quality of this product. Its exactly whats pictured. 3 pack of black isolation earphone tips. The material its made of I would describe as very similar to foam ear plugs that you would use for swimming, shooting guns, or sleeping. I'm your average male. I purchased the large earphone tip for one reason, its expandable foam. Even if it was too large, at least its expanding foam. But this isnt the case. These are the perfect size for my ears and I would say that I have your average size of ear canal. Large tips will compress really small, for easy insertion into the ear canal, then slowly the foam will expand molding to your inner ear. Works great! All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase. The isolation earphone tip really helps drown out outside noise and deepen the bass as well as make the treble more crisp.

Very Effective, Nice Seal, Improves Fidelity

. I won't say that these are completely flawless, but they're the best I've seen so far. Once in a while one of the companies will furnish earbud pieces that actually stay in, and seal well. (Strangely, my last pair of buds with excellent ear-piece fittings were a cheap Sony version I picked up in the city on discount --I have never since encountered a better fit, even in Sennheiser, Koss, you name it.) These foam tips make up for it all. They work great. My only issue is that if you exercise they occasionally need to be pulled out and reseated. Not sure if it is body temperature change or something else. Adjusting will not do. You need to actually (and very simply) pull them out and reseat them, and the fit returns immediately. The pack comes with three sets of tips. I am still working on my first set. Do not be alarmed when the tips seem to become misshapen, which is normal. I believe someone else here mentioned a way to clean them. I have not had to do that yet. I figure that if the three sets of tips give me a full year or more of use (changing them every four months or so), then they are well worth the bucks.
