Let’s us use trailers with LED lights!

We despaired of being able to rent an inexpensive trailer because our SUV didn’t recognize there was one hooked up as the lights didn’t draw enough power to show up in the cars computer. This device handily solved the problem. It fits easily into the car’s socket and locks in place and the trailer plug also inserted easily. It is solidly made and performs perfectly

Helps with LED lights

Helps the truck's sense the trailer LED lights are hooked up. With ordinary connector, LEDs didn't draw enough amperage for the truck to recognize the trailer was hooked up so that the trailer tire pressure/temp sensors were recognized.

Fixed my trailer light issue

If you’re in a newer vehicle and your trailer has LED’s, this could be your fix. I was getting an error in my truck constantly telling me the Driver side trailer lights were not working. Plugged this in and it fixed the issue. No more error messages or hyper blinking

Worked great on my2021 Ford Transit

2021 Ford Transit 350HD and my bike rack that had lights (brake, tail, turn) Dash Info window kept telling me trailer disconnected , connected, bulb fault, all the time I had rack lights plugged in, and applied brakes. This plug corrected the problem. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Works great, perfect fit

I bought this for my 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 HD to tow a small 12 foot cargo trailer that is equipped with a 4 pin harness and it works perfectly! It plugs in securely to the receptacle at the back of my truck and the pins on the trailer harness fit snugly into the adapter as well. It worked flawlessly with both my truck and a friends 2018 Suburban.

OLD REVIEW: This solved my problem with constant error messages. However, there is still a nuisance issue. It's not an issue with this product, but rather, with the truck. I have lighted trailer hitch covers. Unfortunately, the stupid computer in the truck thinks a trailer is attached and every time I start and restart the vehicle, I have to go through six button presses to exit the trailer setup screen return to my default speedometer screen. So whenever I use a lighted trailer hitch cover, I am set up as using the "default trailer." I hate all modern computers and electronics that try to do all the thinking for you and always get it wrong, or try to force you into settings you do not want. I would like to do my own damned thinking, thank you very much!!! Whew. Been wanting to get that out for a long time now. But as I said, that is not an issue with this product. Just something to be aware of if you buy this. You will have to go through the nuisance menus every time you start the vehicle. NEW REVIEW: Well, I spoke too soon. After checking out all the functions of my LED lighted trailer hitch cover, the turn signals DO NOT WORK. I get running lights and brake lights, but no turn signals. So, I went from five stars to one star. I don't have my LED trailer lights installed yet, so am concerned whether it will work correctly. I may be back for a third review. Stay tuned... If someone from the manufacturer reads these reviews, perhaps you can explain why my turn signals don't work with your adapter??? And don't try to blame my wiring. The old incandescent bulbs work fine. And my LED lighted cover works fine without your adapter, that is, until the truck's computer decides to "do it's thing."

Works great on 2008 Mercedes ML550. A usual adaptor without resistors for LEDs didn't work, but this one saved the day.

Worked! Fixed the issue

2019 silverado high country. New trailer with LED lighting. Truck wouldn't recognize the trailer due to the low draw LED lights. Dealer wanted $150 to 'diagnose' the issue. For $20 this fixed the issue.

It works

It was on either 5-pin or 4-pin harnesses. The internal resistance is 160-ohm for each pin, works for my led trailer lights very good.
