These are amazing!

We purchased these boots in size 11 for our four year old son so that he had solid ankle support for hikes and other outdoor adventures. He has thin feet so I can’t speak on how it is for wide feet, but they fit him perfect. The quality is very good. Way better than I anticipated. I highly recommend these boots. Also, I didn’t catch it during purchase but they’re water proof. Whaaaat!

They're decent hiking books for the price

I bought these for my son when he went camping, and we couldn't find shoes to fit him. So we took a risk, measured his feet and bought them. The were good, a little big for my son, but since he was hiking he had to wear two pairs of socks to reduce friction anyway. Worked well. I can't say how long they last because he's only used them a few times, but they seemed fine.

Seem like good boots but speed hooks broke

My son was very excited to wear these. But after less than a week both speed hooks broke on the inside part . Kinda disappointing. Not worth sending back from where I live.

Runs very large

My son is between a 4.5-5, so I ordered a 5, and he's just swimming in them. I'm hanging on to them because I'm guessing he'll grow into them, but meanwhile had to dash over to the mall to pick up Nike's, size 5, which fit perfectly well. Hoping these are just large overall and not just weirdly wide. Never had a problem with shoes fitting him before, but I usually buy more recognizable names.

Great shoes!

My kiddo loves these. They keep his feet warm and dry (cold and very wet atmosphere). Durable shoes - easy for him to slip his feet in and take off (not too stiff). He wears longer socks with them so the possibility of blisters is slim.

5th purchase. Lasts just long enough to get you to the next size.

I've purchased the same pair for several growth sizes for 2 boys... Age 4 to 8. These are good shoes WITH the following caveats: 1. These are sturdy BUT eventually break down. This means I've easily gotten to the next size in them BUT you won't be handing these down to a sibling or donating. These are basically disposable boots. 2. We spend time outside working, hiking, fishing, etc. They are solid boots and saved more than a few toes from firewood drops. I do waterproof them however. Good luck.

Perfect for occasional hikers

Our family went on an epic summertime road trip to include multiple state parks and a lot of hiking in the Southwest United states. Where we live we don't hike very often so I didn't want to invest in $100 pairs of hiking boots that we would use once before the kids all grew. These turned out fantastic for all of us! 5-year-old, 8-year-old, and myself a women's size 7/8 were able to wear these. (I ordered kids 6 and they fit great! ) they offered great ankle support, customizable with nice shoelaces and hooks to tie up. Great grip strength. The only downside is there is absolutely ZERO padding. We ended up having to go by gel inserts mid-trip to make these bearable. For the price point and what we got out of them, I am super happy.

An excellent find!

We do quite a bit of hiking, and I needed to find something for my seven year old son that was appropriate for woods, rocks and trails. These boots are awesome. He has wide feet and it's hard to find a good fit, and he can be very picky about his shoes, so I never know how he'll like any footwear... but he loves these boots. From the first time he wore them, he could walk in them a long time without any foot pain or soreness which told me right away they were a great buy. He's worn them hiking, fishing, to our zoo (which requires a LOT of walking) and not one complaint. A big win for this mama.
