FINALLY

Finally a rectal thermometer that works! Our poor baby was the feeling well. We had waited a month prior to his birth to receive a geothermal thermometer that was absolute trash and did the work! It said we had to keep it in their rectum for 10 minutes! Though I really didn’t want a digital one due to crazy reviews I had no choice but we are GRATEFUL we found this one! This was a life and sleep saver and a relief for us because it let us know our newborn had no fever just gas! We were able to know what was going on so we were able to treat our baby! Great thermometer and the only digital one we would recommend! Works in 10 seconds and not 10 minutes!

You won’t regret buying this

Constantly wondering if your fussy newborn has a temperature is one of the many joys of parenting. As a first time parent, I rolled into my daughter’s first fever with a cheap first aid kit rectal thermometer, with a notch for how far it was supposed to be inserted and a 30 second time lapse until the temperature was read. Never again. I immediately ordered this thermometer, and it’s been one of my best baby purchases - it only lets you insert it as far as you’re supposed to (not something you want to have to worry about), and it accurately reads their temperature in seconds, I cannot stress enough how important that is. Do yourself a favor and order this now, you’ll be glad you did when you need it.

A must have

This is a must have for peace of mind. Rectal thermometers are the most accurate and preferred method for newborns. If he is extra fussy, we loved having this on hand to take a quick temperature to make sure he’s ok. The design of it is easy to use. We also use it to check bath water temps.

Quick and accurate reading

Easy to use. I Just personally don’t like baby products that have button batteries. It’s not safe and this product is very easy to open. So I have to tape the back down to secure it.

Love that it comes with a boy to far gard

Easy to use and love that it lights up to good or bad temps. Shows last temp taken and is funny proof so you don’t accidentally insert too far

Accurate at first

I loved this and it gave me so much peace of mind but after a couple months it started reading very low. I almost took my 3 month old to the ER when I took his temperature cause he seemed a little off. The temperature kept consistently reading as 95°. A nurse over the phone recommended I used a different thermometer and it read a normal temperature. He was fine, but it caused so much anxiety for me. It’s possible that it just needs new batteries, but I didn’t use it very many times before it started acting up so that was very disappointing.
