Needs a dryer feature

I ended up returning this item as once the cycle was complete I had to use a towel to dry the bottles. Based on my google research once you use an item to dry the bottles they are no longer sterilized so it was pointless. I returned this item and bought their slightly more expensive model that has a drying cycle.

Perfect for a baby shower gift!

We love this sterilizer! It would be perfect for a baby shower gift or just a gift for yourself if you have a little one! It is very easy to use and clean. I’ve used it every single day since my baby was born and I couldn’t go without it! We even take it on vacations with us. Definitely worth the buy!

Convenient

Pleased with product. Takes just a few minutes to sanitize bottles and pump parts. Only thing I wish it did was wash the pieces as well. But overall it functions exactly as listed.

Missing piece

Works great but here's what you should know

You must clean and dry this machine after every use or you will grow mold!! I unfortunate had the pleasure of find that out the hard way. No one told me to do this and I had been still using it eith white mold that grew underneath it. Just make sure you clean and dry this machine. Dont want any ones babies getting sick!

Easy to Use

Prior to purchasing this we were washing and boiling to sterilize. This device is effective and uses less water (must use distilled) and allows us to walk away versus having to monitor it constantly. I have a hard time understanding the complaints about sanitizing the machine — don’t you expect to clean anything you use? Nothing stays clean forever lol. Anyways, recommend you give things just a good rinse prior to putting it in the machine and taking it out 2 min after it’s done. It will dry fine and your baby will be okay.

Good but has a few major flaws

This bottle sterilizer is good, has lots of room for bottles and accessories (and special compartments for Dr browns bottle accessories). It takes 12 minutes to clean and is very easy to operate. This product does have some major cons that prevent me from recommending it. Firstly, it doesn't dry properly. Bottles are left soaking wet, so we have to either air dry or towel dry them. Second, the inside of the unit gets this yellow stain, which needs to be cleaned after each use. Very annoying! For the price, I expected better.

Does the job, easy to use

The media could not be loaded. Pros: Easy to use - straightforward method Sterilizers in 10 minutes and 26 seconds - yes I timed it Fits most bottles - I use Tommee Tippee 9 oz bottles, Lansinoh breast pump bottles and it obviously fits Dr Browns items Upper tray holds quite a lot of pacifiers, nipples, pumping items, etc Uses only 5 tbsp of distilled water each time - better than using a pot filled with water on the stove Safer than boiling items on the stove - we got this unit after a stove mishap and its much easier Cons: Biggest complaint is that it leaves everything very wet, from items being sterilized to the machine itself Hard to press the buttons with one hand if you’re holding baby in the other Must have a towel underneath because water runs down the back of the machine when you open the lids and gets on the counter Needs to be left completely open to prevent mildew and mould unless you’re going to wipe it down after each use (idk who has the time for that but it’s an option) Kind of a big unit, it eats up a lot of our counter space Overall: it’s a good purchase. I like that I can easily stock it full and walk away.

El mejor esterilizador.

Investigue mucho sobre esterilizadores antes de decidirme por este y sin duda fue el mejor. Siempre se lo recomiendo a mis amigas porque es fácil de limpiar, son muy buenos materiales y es sencillo de usar. Si usas biberones Dr Brown’s sin duda sabes que su limpieza es más detallada y cuidadosa, pues este esterilizador es justo lo que necesitas, tiene apartados para los botes, popotes y chupones, diseñado para que todo se esterilice de la mejor manera. Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo ampliamente, después de probar tantas marcas he concluido que Dr Brown’s es de lo mejor, gran calidad y eficiencia. Si estás indeciso entre esterilizadores recomiendo este, el precio puede ser más elevado que otros pero vale mucho la pena.
