Just what I needed for comfortable seating.

Very comfortable and not hard like some of the memory foam cushions I've tried. I sometimes work at my computer for hours at a time resulting in minor but nagging backaches from an injury resulting in sciatica. This product has solved that problem. I am very pleased.

Good Product

Drive brand medical products have all been dependable and well made. This cushion is basic foam…nothing fancy but it is doing the job for me…even better than a fancy hundred dollar cushion I returned. The cover zips off for washing. I gave it four stars only because of its bright blue color.

Helped my husband sit.

From patient feedback, this is the best style and density for most people.

I've sold medical equipment and worked in Physical Medicine for a very long time. When a relative told me she had ordered a memory foam coccyx cushion (and showed me the picture), I told her I really hoped it would work for her. It did not. In fact, it was so uncomfortable, it increased her discomfort level. So I checked to see if Amazon had one of the old "tried and true" styles and they did! I ordered this one, gave it to her and she will be ordering another one because it works so well. It reduced her pain level in a very short time and it has now resolved her pain issue. I have always tried out and used all the DME/products I've sold and selected this style because it is cost effective and it works.

Relief for aching tailbone

After a long road trip while wearing jeans (that 4-way seam in the back above the pockets is in the most unfortunate place!) my tailbone was aching so badly I could hardly sit. This cushion was the perfect solution. It kept my tailbone up and off the chair so it could recover. I don't know what I would have done without it and I'm taking it along on every future trip (and never wearing jeans again)!

Nothing Fancy but practical and comfortable

Works great. Had really developed a bad bedsore on my tail bone that's now healed. Washed the cover in the washing machine and drip dried it. Getting the cushion back into the cover was a little tricky but went very smooth using a little patience. Very comfortable. :D

Way too soft. Useless product

They made the foam less dense so they could roll it up and ship it in a smaller package to save money. It feels like you have already been sitting on it for a year and compressed the foam. Useless.

Comfortable and help with Sciatic Nerve Pain

I spend a lot of time in my office chair and was starting to complain of Sciatic Nerve Pain. Went to see my family physician and he suggested a wedge cushion and additional lumbar support. I have to say the combination of the two really helps. No more knawing leg pain. As for the Cushion itself, the quality is good and, stays in place on my chair, and the tailbone cutout relieves pressure on my tailbone when I am seated for several hours. I ended up buying another one of these to use in the car as well. I am a pretty big guy so a little thicker/stiffer might be nice.

Really massive

This thing is absolutely huge! It doesn't come close to fitting on any of my chairs, it's made for people 300+ lbs at least, who are buying extra large chairs, and my butt is falling into the cutout. I'm not sure why they made it so massive without indicating that it's bariatric or something. It's also really soft, not very supportive, I feel if I sit with my full weight on it, it's not doing much to protect my tailbone, between being so soft and the cutout being so wide. Strange product.

great price and just throw in washer (not in dryer) when you want to clean it. I had injured my tailbone and sitting on this took the pain away.
