Can’t get ahold of company for warranty exchange for anything

Product is fun but one of the shoes started playing music intermittently months ago. I’ve been trying to contact drop labs for warranty replacement but none of their contract options work. That includes text, chat, and email. No way to get ahold of anyone. Btw don’t lose charge cable cuz there isn’t a way to order another. Lost mine, and again I tried to contact someone or order them online but no response nor any purchase options. Fortunately, I found it. Anyways 2 stars since I like the product.

These Kicks KICK!

After getting these bad boys setup and running, the first song I went to was Kansas' Carry on Wayward Son. And right after that intro, when these things trigger on from the bass... WOW. It sounds weird, but it kinda turns your body into the speaker in a really tingly relaxing sort of way. It's hard to describe the feeling cause it's MORE than a haptic vibration, these things are in sync with the notes and music, the strength of the bass, drums, everything low tones and it sends the pulse up your leg through your body in this surreal way. I know it sounds corny, but I kept listening to songs and the longer I listened the more I just zoned out into the music. I've heard these songs 100's of time and it was like listening to them for the first time. Anyway, next thing I went to was the scene from Endgame when Cap picks up the hammer and deals some justice out to the mad titan. Everything was to be expected, another mind-blowing feeling, BUT when he hits him with lightning, only the right shoe vibrated cause it was on the right side of the screen IN SYNC WITH THE AUDIO. I don't know how they did it, but that was a nice touch. Plus these things make me like 3 inches taller with is great too. True to size. Good quality. I set my delay to 165ms and purchased the low-latency kit they offer too so I'm gonna try these out on Doom when the kit arrives. I'll edit when those show up.

Don't waste your money. No iphone app. Company seems like they don't exist.

They do not connect to iphone. And the company that sells these has not 1 valid email address. The haptic was not great when he finally connected to an old Android platform phone. Had 3 people try to find their app on itunes none could find

Waste of money

Drop labs app is not supported in many countries and it’s not available on both App Store and the Play store. The shoe does not work without the app making it a hopeless purchase. Don’t buy until the app is back up and running

Good for music lovers

These shoes always get me dancing to the tune of music. Can be connected to you speakers too. But works best when connected to headphones as it completely transports you to another world. I use it regularly. It’s true you can’t move too much since the boots are heavy but a couple hours of usage every day when you are home is not bad. I enjoy those couple hours dancing a lil :)

Dont expect to move too mch

These shoes are rock heavy. They weight over 3 lbs and dont expect to be using these for any physical activity. They have giant sub-woofers in them. I was expecting a vibrator motor (like a cell phone). The integration with gaming control is not there. So overall very disappointed with the product (given my expectations).
