Very nice for the

Sharpens my knives pretty good, I’m not a knife sharpener expert in any way, but this works pretty good. It’s better than what I had by far might be a little pricey I’m still debating on if it’s worth the money or not but it’s a good quality machine so far gets the job done

have to change belts to maximize sharpener

the red universal belt comes with the unit; however, there are 4 belts available to maximize performance. This doesn't look like an easy thing to do but will be necessary to achieve the results advertised. I had no knowledge of the different belts when purchased. I will now have to purchase the additional belts. It is harder to keep the blade in the correct sharpening position than I expected. A little pricey for the inconveniences.

Makes knives like new

I thought my old sharpener did a good job with my knives. I was mistaken. I actually used this on a set of Wusthof knives, amazing. Definitely chef quality, very easy to use, knives are like new.

Great and easy to use sharpener

This sharpener is easy to use right out of the box. It took our knives back to just shipped sharp in no time.

Not good quality product or seller product

Not only did the sharpener not work, but I had to pay to ship it back. I was ok with the shipping back till the hit me with a surprise restocking fee of 67.98!!!!! I am outraged! I will be complaining to amazon and the seller. This was not clearly noted. Don’t waste your money or time.

Doesn't Work.

Turn it on and the belts run. Insert a knife and the pressure stops the belts from operating. Nada. Piece of junk for over $100. I am returning it.
