Perfect bike for our toddler

We bought this bike with the lowering kit for our now 2 year old for his 2nd birthday. We had the same bike for our older son but unfortunately our dog ate the handlebar so we needed a new one. Our little guy is average size for his age and has been riding a balance bike since he turned 1, so he's really good at it. We really wanted a bike with a brake since he flies around on his other balance bike, plus good tires and an adjustable seat, so we stuck with FirstBike again and it's been the perfect bike. We will continue to buy FirstBikes because there products are very well made and thoughfully designed.

Broken brake lever, going back.

Just received our bike with completely broken brake lever and attachment. Amazon is no help.

A PERFECT balance bike, worth the expense

I did a lot of research to get a top-of-the-line balance bike to replace the cheap one my wife bought used. The composite material makes this very light, yet durable. It's very easy to carry, which is convenient. The ability to adjust the seat without tools, has come in handy: I've been out with my son and experimented with different heights very easily, to get what is most comfortable for him. Having hand brakes (instead of dragging feet) make a huge difference for my son. He now goes at a jogging pass, effortlessly. He loves it. Honestly: it is perfect

Awesome first "real" bike

My daughter received this bike for her 3rd birthday. She is exactly 36 inches tall, but longer in the torso than legs. We bought the seat lowering kit and she fits perfectly! She LOVES her two-wheel bike and right now is building up her confidence by walking around slowly throughout the house. I imagine that she will be riding it within the next month or two independent of my help. The bike is sturdy, well-made, and seems durable. It will do well on pavement, packed mulch, and trails. I love the idea of skipping training wheels altogether and this bike will help achieve that.

Great for 2 years and up.

My 2 year old got this for Christmas and loves it. We did buy lowering kit and it is the perfect size for him. Can’t wait for warmer weather so he can ride it outside more!

My son is 2 years old, his legs are little shorter to rich the ground and he is scared. Other than that,it looks really awesome and we are hoping when he is ready to rid it he will love it!!!
