Knee support

I wear these knee braces while riding my exercise cycle. They prevent the knee pain I used to experience before I started using them during exercise.

Aching knees for years now. But I always wear a Futuro brace on both knees when I exercise on my elliptical machine or when I hike. It makes a huge difference. If it's cold out it holds the heat in, and if it's hot, well, you sweat, but it dries out fast. The braces are easy to put on- you just slide them up like a pair of hose- and until they wear out, the velcro basically stays put. I use mine several time a week and they last about a year before the velcro stops holding and/or they get too loose. I always order the same brand- even though I have to buy new braces every year I feel like it's a good value for the money and they really help with the pain.

So far, so good

Last year I found out I had a meniscus (sp? miniscus?) tear in my right knee, much to my chagrin. I was going to have surgery when I found out I was pregnant! Oh well... So I ordered a more expensive knee brace/support. The swelling my body has (and weight gain) meant I could not even put it on! I have to save more money now so I couldn't even re-order the expensive brace in a larger size. Enter this beauty....I had worn cheap, drugstore braces and since this one is just a step or two up from those, I decided to get it. It has really worked. It isn't as complicated as the expensive brace was (you needed a manual to handle that one, lol) and it has really aided with walking, running, etc. I may still get an expensive one, until I get my surgery. But for now, it has worked fine. It keeps a lot of pain at bay. May I also recommend taking CELLFOOD or Cell Power drops daily to aid wit the aches and pains and Voltaren gel (if you can get some or have it prescibed)?

Really good support. Well designed and thought out.

One of the better supports I've used. A bit of chafing on the material behind the knee but overall good fit and support. I'm about 5' 8 and weigh about 170 pounds and "L" fits pretty well for me.
