A restriction not mentioned on the website

Caveat. What the site did not tell me was that they do not recommend the item for oven temperatures greater than 350 F. I often bake at 400-425. This is very annoying and restrictive

Perfect

These handsome Staub ceramic baking dishes are lovely to look at, practical sizes for regular home use. I feel very safe using them under the broiler at high temperatures. I bought a second set in another color for freezer use and entertaining.

Just the perfect size for one or two

I love these baking dishes! Form and function perfection! Food cooks evenly and clean up is a breeze! On my own now and finding bakeware for smaller portions has been a challenge…. These are perfect! They leave some leftovers that I can enjoy for work lunches!
