Works great!

Where i work they never salt parking lot? I do not like the ice cleats that are so difficult to put on. Then they are on the whole day, because so difficult to take on or off. These are fantastic i love them. So easy to put on any shoe size it will work with. When not in use turn to the side of boot. The work great on the ice also.

Great on ice

I used these ice fishing recently and was very pleased. I ordered the High Profile because I wear rubber Sorel boots that have a deep recess on the sole between the treads. These cleats bit in nicely and gave good traction on the ice. They can be slid easily to the side of the boot when you are back on solid ground. They seemed a little pricier than other cleats when I first ordered them, but after using them was very happy with their performance and felt they were a great value. I am going to order another pair in medium profile for my wife to use next winter.

Good for level surfaces.

I have a driveway with a steep incline and I need cleats to stay upright. My existing ones only covered the sole as the boot has a high heel and the heel cleats were lost in the crevice. I got these to see how they work. They are great on a level surface but don't bite hard enough on a steep incline for me. They didn't slip, but I didn't feel confident in them.

They Work Well

Simple to use and they work. When going indoors, simply rotate the grip to the side. Used recently in Quebec and avoided slipping and sliding in the parking lot and on the work site

Easy on easy off.

These cleats are simple and work. If you are going from outdoors to inside they are easy to remove. The others I've used involve changing shies sometimes. Sturdy materials.

Safety at a low cost

(I purchased this product and the other Mid-Sole version last winter.) Let's face it, if you're looking at this you probably know how dangerous ice on the roads, sidewalks or stairs can be. If you have to be outside regardless of the weather conditions during winter, this product will potentially save you from having to visit the nearest hospital. Let's talk about the product. It looks simple and that's the way it was designed. If you need to drive a vehicle or walk inside a building/store you can (fairly easily) move the cleats to the top of your boots/shoes. I'll be honest, you'll have to get used to it, but after 2-3 times it will become easier. The build quality is top of the line and made for industrial/professional requirements. Of course, if you go out of your way to walk on pavement with the cleats, they won't last as long. There's two main reasons why I decided to purchase this. First, I injured myself after falling outside (nothing too serious). Second, I recently had to call EMTs for a relative and I noticed they were using this product. They were able to quickly move the cleats to avoid damaging the floors inside the house. I didn't get a chance to ask them about it, but luckily, I found the cleats on Amazon. I hope this review will be helpful to all readers.

Love them, but not for those who want to keep their hands clean

I love these. I feel safer walking around our farm when I have them on. However, a couple things to note. I had to trim them with an angle grinder before they would fit in the appropriate space on the bottom of my Dunlop winter rubber boots. Also, they’re snug, so you really have to grab them and rotate with some force when you’re pulling them around for inside walking. If you live on a farm on anywhere where your boots get dirty, this sometimes means getting your hands a bit dirty. Overall, they’re worth it.

Anti-chute

Il permet de marcher sur un terrain glacé sans tomber. Les 5 crampons mordent bien dans la glace. Surtout, on peut faire tourner cette courroie autour du soulier si on entre quelque part sans égratigner le plancher. Bonne qualité

Best protection from ice and falling I have ever used!

I have bought at least 4 pairs of crampons and each fall off my boots constantly and are difficult to remove on the fly! (I walk dogs and train dogs for a living). This product, on the other hand, is EXCELLENT. They are easy to fit on any boot and stay there - the BEST feature is that you can easily flip them (when there is no ice) onto the top of your boot and keep them there so they are accessible when you need them most. Spend the extra money and buy them. They are worth every penny and will remain on my boots all winter.

Uncomfortable

It does the job but since it's only in the middle, it's uncomfortable. Better to get those that covers the entire shoe. Also not for use inside the bus, not a low profile one.
