Kraus Soap Dispenser

Package came quickly and the soap dispenser looks wonderful. Gave 4 stars only because there was no manufacture instructions with the dispenser. Soap dispenser works great!

Seems well made with a fine finish, but stiff spring makes it hard to control quanity of squirt.

I gave this 4 stars because the spring is really stiff so it is hard to get a drop or two of soap when I want it. In other words, volume control is hard and a full squirt of soap is quite a lot. Otherwise is it well made, heavy metal. I bought if for the aesthetic since my faucet set is elegant/modern, not "country". As an aside, I do wish more dispenser had larger resovoirs. I couldn't even empty a full 16 oz soap container into this.

Works perfectly

We purchased a Krauss faucet and bought this to match - replacing our old faucet and soap dispenser. This once works so much better than the old one and doesn't take a thousands pumps trying to get it primed. We are very happy with it!

So far, I like it!

This particular model style blends well with my Kraus Kitchen faucet model 1690SFS. Solid in construction and functions well, so far. Let's see the durability of the pump-action after few years. I'll report back for any issues.

Ok, a little spindly

I bought this to replace a Hansgrohe soap dispenser that was much more expensive, but the surface wore away where the soap dispensed. I bought this one based on good reviews. It’s okay but not as heavy as the one I replaced. That being said the nozzle protrudes much more than my previous one, which is better.

Looks good functionality could be a little better. Neither of these things are a deal breaker.

Overall, we are happy with the product. The cup holder could be a little bigger. It's spout is kinda long and that makes it a little hard to put soap on a sponge with one hand. Two hands is fine.

High Quality - you'll love it

This is THE one. We bought another soap dispenser about a year ago from Amazon that had high ratings and said it was the best selling dispenser from Amazon. It was plastic, cheap and we had nothing but problems. This one is as described, all solid brass - plated and works beautifully .... ALL the time. You get what you pay for. Love this one HATED the other one that never really worked .... even after contacting the manufacturer.
