A cutie that work in my situation.

I own a lemon tree. It fruit is delicious. But too plentiful, so I juice a few and drip the juice into my miniature ice cube trays. When frozen I store a dozen in various containers (snack bag, 1/4 c Mason jar or whatever). Use the cubes any way I desire, in glass of water, in CA salad

Use Common Sense and It Works Great

My preferred way to juice limes over trying to massacre them with a hand squeezer or lime juicer. That being said, I saw a lot of complaints about it tipping over during use. Yes it is prone to tipping over if you don't keep one hand on the base while you use the product. That being said, it works like a charm without much force so there's no reason to need two hands on the lime. If you apply common sense and hold the base, you can easily juice half a lime to perfection one handed with a small amount of downward and rotational force. I have a lime juicer probe and found I wasn't getting anything extra after running them through this product so it does a great job. Also there is minimal spray so almost all of the juice goes into the collection cup which is very nice. Yes it is plastic and can feel cheap, but if you want to be efficient I think this is the best route I've seen besides an industrial press.
