Develop Arm Strength Fast

My daughter and I started by just having a simple catch for the 1st few days. Than we moved to a longer toss for another week. She than moved to a throw with crows hop for another week. By week 3 her throws from Short Stop to 1st Base went from high looping balls that were coming up short to firing the ball across to the field to the 1st baseman. She we keep working with the ball throughout the season. It will also be a good tool to use while getting ready every pre-season. Worth its weight in gold!

Slippery Ball

Overall does what it is supposed to but the leather covering is very slippery and hard to get a good hold of. Not as much of a problem for the heavier ball but the lighter one, it goes flying during practice.

Need to change it

I'll like to change this one by a 9 onzes ball.Really 12 once is more weighted that I was waiting. I don't use it yet. Please,I would like that you obtain an authorization for the change for 9 onze and lets me know.

Well made!

This is a nice softball. Well made. I use mine for rolling my piriformis muscle on ( your buttock area) it needs to be a softball to get deep into the muscle. This one is weighted so you can do some extra exercises for your arms - bonus!

Lite weight softball

I use weighted balls to help strengthen my arm, shoulder, and back muscles to add velocity to my throws. This ball is a lite weight version (lighter than regulation softball) of "weighted balls" and helps with arm speed, just as swinging practice with a lighter bat will help increase bat speed. It can be used in warm-up, and after using heavier balls.

Great but not so great..

The ball was Very affordable and the color made it stand out, but what i DO regret is selecting 5 oz. If you were playing in a windy day,the ball would get carried away..But its not the seller's fault ! Its very great, just stick away from windy days! :)

Bought the 10 and 12 oz.

Bought the 10oz and 12oz weighted balls. They are very handy to increase throwing strength. The 10oz was a little off balance right out of the box. It spins awkward in the air but is still functional. The 12oz works great.
