Designed to steal your money

This penis sheath looks to be made of thick durable rubber, but it is instead a thin latex condom. The hose is a thick rubber hose but the hole does not extend through the condom. Essentially this is a balloon on a hose. If you tried to shoot water into the sheath, it would fill up like a water balloon, and if you tried to blow air through the tube, it would make you go blue in the face and will not flow through the tube into the sheath. The section where the tube and balloon meet is sealed. ---THIS IS A NON RETURNABLE-NO REFUND ITEM!--
