I think it's working...
I got this due to weight loss and the fact that honestly, I hate the look of jowls on me. I am reminded too much of my toxic family (lots of narcissism and horrible beliefs and abuse) when I look in the mirror. Too many similarities, so I've been fighting it. It does seem to have helped tighten things up as I have lost weight, but it's not a miracle. Nothing short of surgery is though, right?

Noticed slight improvement
My Instant Effects Neck and Chest Rejuvenating Serum for Women - Helps Hydrate And Revive Your Skin - Very Quickly Brightens Beautiful Skin - Helps Speed Up Skin Renewal - 1 Oz I was pretty excited to get this lotion and try it out, especially on my chest. As I've aged the skin in that area has become thin and crepey. I began using this as soon as it arrived, using it both morning and night, two pumps each time. Unfortunately it made me break out and get itchy. I stopped for a few days and then started using it only at night. I have noticed a slight improvement to the look of my skin but certainly nothing dramatic. I honestly don't think anyone would be able to see the difference, I just feel like it looks a little bit better. I just saw the dermatologist and the only comment that she had was that my skin seemed to be very sensitive in that area and she wanted to make sure I was wearing sunscreen daily. The lotion itself is nice and creamy and the pump works well. It has a scent that I don't care for at all, it reminds me of a strong perfume that's gone bad. Not pleasant. At around $35 for just one ounce I won't be getting more. The results just aren't worth it in my opinion, however I'm glad I was able to try it and if you have issues with the skin on your neck and chest then it may be worth a try for you as well.

It's just ok.
I don't know why this is only for neck and chest. The skin on your face and neck and chest is supposed to be the same. Anyway, it's a nice cream, nice texture and very light scent and it absorbs well--non-greasy and all that. Moisturizing I think--but other than that I can't tell any difference to the apperance of my neck or chest. In fact, I've had some problems with my chest being stick and itchy. Not blaming this stuff, but this stuff didn't help either. So, meh.

Nice and refreshing
This products feels nice and refreshing, I am using it before going to bed and in the mornings my neck and shoulder area feels great. I can't say it's a 'must' to have, but great option if you are looking for something specific. 4/5!

It's a great moisturizer but the smell is a bit strong.

It's ok.
This serum has a little bit of an odd smell. I've been using it once a night for a couple weeks now and I honestly haven't noticed a difference so far, but I will keep using. It is moisturizing which is a plus. Will update if I see a difference in the future!
