Love Wall Control

Absolutely love Wall Control. Most or their accessories are way better than standard peg board. However, for just standard hooks, you get more for your money with peg board hooks. If you're getting shelves, paper towel holders, screwdriver and hammer holders, get the Wall Control products.

Wall Control is the best pegboard solution

I love my wall control boards. I was able to pick out what color I wanted and the functionality I needed. I have mine mounted on barn door tracks so I can move them in front of a set of wire racks and get to the items behind the boards. Because the wall control has its own metal frame I was able to do this. I had an issue with a couple hooks being too big to fit in the slots and Wall Control sent replacements immediately, there customer service is fabulous.

Pretty good alternative hooks

I paid more for these than regular peg board hooks because I thought they would be secure and fit snugly against the board. They do, but you have to bend them just right to get them to fit snug. If you bend the tab too much they won't fit at all and you have to back off the bending. Would I buy more of these? It depends. If I have other things I want to hang on my pegboard and I need the hook to be very tight then I would purchase more of these. For normal tool hanging I would use standard hooks with the plastic fastner. They are less expensive and a little easier to work with - but they don't hang as tight as these if you bend these just right.

Great Unique Father’s Day gift (get with the metal peg boards!)

Got this to go with the metal peg board for my dad for Father’s Day and he loved it! He thought I was so smart for coming up with such a creative and useful gift that isn’t your standard bbq grill accessories gift (though I always give decent and different gift I would like to think LOL) He said it will come in handy in his garage. Hopefully I will remember to post pictures once I go see him!

Superior hooks, but need more variety

These hooks are FAR superior to traditional pegboard hooks for Wall Control pegboards. My only complaint is that there are no options for hooks that don't have the huge lip on the end other than the extra-long piece. Quite a few of the items I want to hang up won't go on the hooks because the end of all but the smallest hook sticks up nearly 1/2 inch (and even the smallest sticks up about 3/8 inch) — tools with fatter handles and/or smaller hanging holes can't make the "turn," and even if some of them could, the "root" of the hook is too wide for them to sit on. (I ***HATE*** attaching hanging cords to my gardening tools; they get in the way when I'm trying to use the tool.) I solved the problem by using my bench grinder to grind down the lip of a few hooks for the tools I need to hang. It obviously took off the powder coating on the end of the hook, but at least the hook is useable now. It would be nice if the manufacturer would offer some medium-length skinny hooks. But all in all, a good purchase. Otherwise,
