Hard to clean

The ridges make it hard to clean when something gets stuck even after greasing it, the outer measurements are 12.95 by 9.5 if I remember correctly so the inner measurements are even smaller, not making it 9 x 13.

Only baking sheets I will buy!

I received a set of these a few years ago, and love, love, LOVE using them. I do line them with either parchment paper or aluminum foil every time I use them, and they have stayed bright and new-looking. Just be sure you don't put them in the dishwasher or leave them to soak--which you don't have to do, because they clean up easily with a little hot soapy water. I've given them as gifts to several people, and they are as delighted with them as I have been.

Great pan

Bought these because I was sick of cheap pans that didn't hold up. These do not warp in hot oven. Cook evenly. I have 5 now in different sizes. Love theme and would recommend.

Sturdy pan

This sheet pan is very sturdy. It works well. It is smaller than I meant to purchase, but find this size is just right for cooking for 2. They recommended hand washing to avoid discoloration. I have been putting it in the dishwasher and so far there has been little change. I have been using parchment paper for most baking. It makes clean up very easy so the prism cuts aren't a help or hinderance.

Don't put in Dishwasher

Don't put it in dishwasher... it discolors badly. The instructions say not to put it in the dishwasher ---FOLLOW THOSE INSTRUCTIONS !!! I bought two. One got really ugly after one trip to the dishwasher but it is still useable. The good news is it a nice size; it fits in my sink and is very easy to clean. I bought two ... I've used the one that hasn't been in the dishwasher many times and it has held up well.

Not exactly

Was not thrilled upon arrival ... this does not measure a quarter sheet ... 1/2 inch smaller ... my slipat silicone did not fit which was the whole reason I bought this. On the plus side, I realized it perfectly fit my black and decker toaster oven which needed a new tray anyway ... so it was a win but not what I needed.

Bought this to replace the sheet be corroded by a liquid cleanser. Everything looked good except it a little bit short to be hang on the toaster. but I don't think I can ask more, it is already the best match.

Dented baking tray

The baking tray received has slightly dented and creating a sharp edge around the dented area.

dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de taille intermédiaire, la grande ne rentre pas dans les fours classiques à quelques cm près, et forcément, la petite est un peu ridiculement petite aux vues de la place dans le four...
