Save a lot of time and works the way a loaf pan should.

I finally had enough of cheap Teflon coating coming off of other makes and the ruination of aluminum disposable pans. This works great, is consistent, and very easy to clean. 100%.

Product picture misleading

NordicWare makes excellent quality bakeware and this cake pan is no exception. It has good weight without being heavy and the bottom of the pan has a raised diamond texture. However, I returned this item only because I focused on the picture instead of the product headline, which clearly states it's a cake pan. I was searching for a pie pan and, based on the picture, thought this was one. The photograph is a bit distorted and makes it appear as though the sides of the pan are more slanted or angled like pie pans are. The sides are *slightly* angled, but not as much as a pie pan would be. I rarely, if ever, bake cakes, which is why I decided to return it.
