Simple, light, effective
I love these and I am so glad that I decided to try them out. In the past I have used other guards and have not enjoyed them. Other brands and designs are a hassle - shaping them to my teeth, while easy enough to do, does take time. I've also never found a full guard that is comfortable to sleep with and doesn't make me feel like my mouth is at maximum capacity. I love that the Plackers guards are a "one size fits all" sort of deal AND disposable after 3 uses. The main pad on these guards covers exactly the "problem" area I grind my teeth. There's just no need for more material covering the rest of my teeth and hogging up space in my mouth. If you have crooked teeth don't be afraid to give these a try. Unfortunately my bottom teeth resemble a mountain range so I haven't been able to wear these comfortably on the bottom, but I have no issues with the tops despite those being a bit crooked as well. Ultimately these guards are super lightweight and don't leave me feeling like I'm wearing a full sports mouth guard. My only feedback is I wish they came with a hard plastic case of some sort. Each guard (good for 3 uses) comes individually sealed, but I don't love re-using that packaging in between uses because there's no way to re-seal them.

So glad I tried these!
I initially bought another sleep mouth guard thing on here that needed to be put in boiling water and all that. It was highly rated, but it did not feel comfortable, and didn’t fit well even though I followed directions. I tried other ones like that, as well, that weren’t as expensive, but those went up over my gums and irritated my gums. I used to have a specially made mouth guard that clicked onto my bottom teeth, that cost about $360, and I lost it after using it for a few years. That is definitely worth looking into, if you have the funds to get one, and I will eventually get a new one. Anyway, I got these because I really clench and grind my teeth in my sleep and wake up with headaches, and I’d tried most other options. These things are fantastic. I use it on my bottom teeth. It stays on all night and protects my teeth. It also doesn’t lead to me sleeping with my mouth open, which the bigger ones can do. It is simple, easy to clean, and a great solution for people who need to protect their teeth at night. It’s definitely worth trying! I tried it on both my top and bottom teeth and think it works better on my bottom teeth.

So easy to use -- no molding needed!
I've tried several brands of night guards -- all requiring molding them to my teeth. This proved to be complicated. But Plackers are simple and comfortable. You open the small package and quickly put the bite guard in place -- top or bottom teeth. And I no longer have to worry about my teeth being covered and unable to be rinsed by my saliva. I wear it for several days, washing it every day, then toss it. So easy!

Instructions
The instructions say not to use if you already have clicking in your jaw....which is why I bought these. idk why. First night trying then wish me luck. So far they fit better then anything I've tired so far.

Seems OK so far
Just got these and wanted to put pics of them in on upper and lower immediately. I'm missing a tooth on lower so it's a little skewed to one side on me down there, which is fine. Doesn't feel odd even at the angle like that. Prefer it on top. I have autoimmune issues so my gums are horrid. This isn't irritating yet like my $800 mouthguard from dentist did. We shall see how I feel about it overnight. Hopefully I will remember to update later after some uses whole sleeping. But I left it in writing this and so far it's fine.

I Like the Idea...
Update: it’s been a week and the only way I can physically wear this without pain is by slathering my gums with mouth numbing cream. Even then, when I wake up I’m so sore. I understand the idea behind this product but... If you have a small mouth like I do it's not the best. I enjoy that the product is minimum in its design. However, it was very uncomfortable in my mouth. It made my gums to be very sore and caused discomfort for the whole night wearing it. I wish they offered it in small/medium/large instead of 'one size fits all'. I was worried that it would fall out all night due to it not feeling secure, but I only had that happen once. I am going to try this product for a little while longer with the hopes that it gets more comfortable as I get used to it. With that being said... If your mouth is an "average" size, I believe this product will work great for you which is why I gave it 3 stars.

Not worth the effort
I don't know how people are keeping these in over night. I follow the instructions to the letter and I can't get them to stay in top or bottom, I have had teeth removed maybe it's that, but I'm not convinced. There very flimsy I bought these to try if it worked then I was going to get a more permanent solution. But obviously going to have to jump the gun on that...

They work!
I have finally found, after using many other, a product that stops me grinding my teeth at night. It is very easy to put into place and stays put all night. I used to suffer from terrible pain in my mouth during the day due to the night grinding, that has now gone so I am really happy with this product.

Most comfortable I've had.
These are by far and away the most comfortable mouth guards I've had. They fit nicely on both upper and lower teeth and the material is the perfect balance of firmness and yielding. Not the cheapest option but I wouldn't use anything else now.

As it has 10 in a pack If it doesn't work such a waste of material...
It is very hard for me. It has 10 in the pack.It doesn't work for me and such a material waste as can't even send it back. So not sure what to do with the 9 others.

Read the warning ..not to use if you get pain with your teeth grinding
Wanted these for my teeth grinding at night but there is a warning on the packet that says do not use if you have pain with your condition which I have headaches etc..so have not used them yet !
