Peeling...

After only 3-4 uses the rubber already started to peel off and my bird kept chewing it up. So I requested a replacement. I do love that this style flods up flush against the wall. So when new one comes in, I might just wrap it in vet tape to protect it. At least until he stops chewing on it...lol

Useful

I love that I now have a shower perch for my little bird. I like that you can push to the side so it's not always sticking out. The suction cup on the left side keeps losing it's suction so I have to redo it everyday. Not sure why it does it as it must be faulty.

Was perfect for my Green Cheek Conure. He loves being in the shower. Attached easily to the glass shower door

Conure Loves It!

Like: Great suction. Moveable from place to place. The perch moves from side to side. Would purchase again. Dislike: Added a triangular swing to the eye hook on the end of the perch. Although not a heavy item, over time it affected the suction. I ended up hanging the bird swing in the center of the perch which works well.

Rusts

Overall, I love the features of this perch. It folds up for easy storage and the perch is nice and "grippy." But why could they not have used rust resistant screws in the design? This perch has only been in my shower for a few days (not even a full week) and it is already rusting. Rusty water drips down and stains the shower wall and floor beneath. Hugely disappointing.

Great quality shower perch

Great product. Prompt delivery. Have used it for the past 2 weeks and it sticks nicely to the shower tiles and bathroom mirror. Make sure the tiles are clean (avoid caulk/grout part of the shower tiles) and are free of soap residue, or the perch will eventually lose its suction capacity. My birds like it and the best part is that the surface is made of textured resin instead of a layer of sand (sand perches cause redness and scaling on birds' feet after prolonged use).

good parrot perch

Good perch for placing on a mirror, glass shower wall, or car window. Suction cups work good. Will not work as well on tile walls unless the tile is completely flat. Our parrots enjoy showering with us, they preen in the mirror when we are getting ready for work, and they enjoy going for rides in the car. Make sure you get the correct size, if the perch diameter is too large a smaller bird will have difficult time holding on. We purchased the small size for our African Greys and Rose-breasted Cockatoo.

Be careful

I really like this perch and will continue to use, but it seems to want to fall if the water changes temperature
