love this thread

Way less fuzz.

The thread makes half square triangle exact because of the lack of thickness of other thread. I waited too long to use aurifile thread and I now love it.

Great Quality

Obviously Aurifil makes great quality thread. The 'Grey Smoke' color is so versatile it can be used on many projects without having too worry about finding the right color.

I'm convinced Aurifil is the best thread available

I'm convinced Aurifil is the best thread available. I use it for quilting and regular sewing. I have never been disappointed with it. The range of solid colors and variegated colors is great. It doesn't leave a bunch of lint like some more widely available and cheaper threads. The threads are thinner, but are stronger than some other brands, too. I love this brand and will never put another thread in my beloved machine again.

Great Thread

I'm a quilter and trying to learn Free Motion. i went to a workshop where the teacher recommended that we come with this. My regular teacher supplied me with industrial cones of polyester. Wow! I can really see the difference. The Aurifil has no lint, it's strong, looks great. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. This color is a great neutral.
