Improper fit and assembly

Purchased this because the stock exhaust burned through silicone like water m. Unfortunately this was a waste of money. The screws were too long running the truck for less than 10 min the complete assembly came lose and that was using loctite. Do not waste your money!

Only if it'd stay on tight

I've tried Loctite Blue 242 twice and the screws still vibrate off. I love the fact most of the excess oil/gas that spits out the exhaust is caught in the box instead of spilling all over the back end of the vehicle. I'm going to try Loctite Red 271 next since the heat tolerance is higher. I don't regret it, I just need to make it stay on.

It was the worst item I have ever purchased for my RC car

It was the worst item I have ever purchased for my RC car. No matter what I tried, loctite, silicone, and just plain over tightening, it still loosened up and nearly fell off the truck after about 10 minutes of run time. It looks and sounds great, but it just won't stay on the truck. Don't waste your money like I did.

Have extra washers handy

Screws all too long for box and cover had to put extra washers behind all just to seal gaskets.
