Disappointed

I’m disappointed in this item. The first time I bought it, it came to me damaged. The little plastic piece of crap pin that makes the attachments rotate was broken; they sent me out a replacement as soon as I returned it; but I used the new one maybe two months (a total of a dozen times) and the same piece busted. It’s cheap plastic and a waste of money for something so small to be the reason it doesn’t work!

Great for a bit

Bought one and it died after one use. The motor overheated and it died. Wasn't using I on anything too intense so I chalked it up as a fluke and got another one... the motor gets incredibly hot fairly quickly, and you have to pause to let the motor cool down frequently so you don't burn your hands or burn out the motor.

Plastic connecting piece broke, and I was gentle

I bought this item for a great price without reading the reviews about the plastic connecting piece breaking. Then after reading the reviews about it plus the motor overheating I thought I'd give it a try anyway on the lowest speed setting, trying to make some lentil dip for chips from lentil soup with fully cooked jalapenos and fully cooked carrots in it. I would have not dared to try raw carrot pieces. I made one small plastic fridge container lentil soup paste dip successfully but the plastic connection piece broke on the second container. The motor did not overheat on the lowest speed setting, used it for a total of 90 seconds before it broke. Very weakly made, the connection pieces should be aluminum, or possibly some kind of steel clutch.

Works fairly well. Immersion attachment work's good. However the frother does not froth. Just not fast enough. Wish the tool had more power.

Received a piece broken

The media could not be loaded. I think I would of been satisfied if a piece wouldn’t of been broken. I this is a second review, Amazon did a great job replacing the order with a new one, and I was satisfied, I used it to whip up a cake and it worked perfectly, but today I was going to use it to make a smoothie with melons and bananas and juice but the blender was not working, the part that connects had broken while it was spinning. Very disappointing, I’m thinking because it’s plastic it may not last long. But I’m pleased with Amazon, for taking back the product and refunding my money.

Everything is good EXCEPT problem of a small part

Problem in the small part connecting the power handle and the blender. It happened two times. 1st time: this small part stuck into the blender (left of the photo). Amazon was so good and sent me a new set. This time, after using the set for 1.5 months, this small part broke as we can see in the center of this attached photo. Wonder if I can order a replacement of this small part, or if I can glue it back!

One cheap component ruins product....

Product failed in a record 3.5 seconds. From what I see of reviews it is always the same problem, build a heavy motor with a great blade but the connecting drive from motor to blade is cheap plastic and breaks. Could have been solved with spending another 50 cents on a heavy duty drive component. How products get to this point without proper testing and quality control just befuddles me. Buy a reputable brand

Absolute Garbage - Don't Waste Your Money....

Poorly made and absolute piece of garbage. First attempt to use it resulted in it making a weird grinding noise from the motor and the blade wouldn't turn at all. Don't waste your money and buy a more reputable brand name blender, as this one will burn out quickly and you'll then be looking for another better made blender! Save yourself the hassle from the get go and avoid this product.

Still love it

It’s so much easier to clean than what I had before, and it works great. Had it for a few months now and used it to blend a ton of soup since… no complaints!

Bad quality

I used twice and one part inside of the mixer broke. I can not use anymore, because I tried to fix with glue and… did not fix. So, I loose money.
