Meh..

It looks pretty, and it sprays ok, but it's tiny and hard to clean, the lid is also poorly designed and the oversize vent hole in the lid leaks easily if tilted. It's smaller than most detail guns, not one you want for something like automotive panels..

Very impressive

I use this for applying Cerakote on firearms. I needed a sprayer with a metal bowl instead of plastic and the ones Cerakote wants you to use are out of my price range! I love it!! It is my favorite paint gun so far. Thinking about getting another to have for a backup/spare. Can’t beat the price

This gun is amazing!!!! Bought it to cerakota because the HVLP bottles blow air pockets that's very noticeable but this Dewalt sprayer is definitely worth every penny!!!!! I'm talking it looks like I paid a professional to paint my guns and this was the 1st time I've ever used a air sprayer. I would definitely recommend. It comes with a 0.8 tip in which is perfect.

Breaks up my paint great and lays clear down like glass

Wasn't expecting much out of this gun but figured for the price that I would give it a try... I am using it to lay automotive basecoat and clearcoat...All I can say is "WOW"... Breaks up my paint great and lays clear down like glass... Not big enough for a hood or complete but is great for bumpers and small spot jobs...

No parts are available

This is a very cheap gun and that is what you get. It works fine for very thin liquids only. The orifice is very small and you cannot buy other sizes. It worked okay for a while, but then I had a small leak behind the nozzle so I slightly tightened the nozzle and it compressed the plastic washer behind the nozzle and the aircap would no longer tighten enough to be snug against the nozzle so it would spin. It was an easy fix with a new washer. I contacted Dewalt to buy a washer. They informed me that no parts are available. I now have an unusable piece of junk.

Works better than expected, money well spent.

I have sprayed a few RC truck bodies with this gun and get way better results than I was using a airbrush. It has much more diversity as it can spray cleanly with low air pressure and paint flow yet turn it up for larger areas.
