Roll out your knots yourself!

I have arthritis in my hands to using these balls really helps the pain. Also great to roll out knots in your neck & shoulders. Wonderful product without paying for a message to do the same thing.

Size matters

I was looking for a larger version of this ball. It was hard to determine the sizes from the product description. It would be nice to show a person holding the different sizes for scale. This is a high-quality product and I’ll get use from it, but I need to buy another one to get the size I want.

Having a Ball!

Stott balls for Pilates. Have just had them for two weeks so do not know about durability. So far product was as expected. Pilates class participants enjoy them.

Pricey for one ball. Varying quality issues. Good for small hands

You receive one ball for the price, not a set. These balls are slightly smaller and more manageable for small hands then the newer Stott Balls or the Thera-band balls (which are quite large). The issue with these balls is 1. pricey 2. varying levels of quality. I purchased two balls both 1lb and 2lb and the density varied across these; even if you buy two of the same they end up not feeling the same. The newer Stott balls have better quality control and are cheaper. Have uploaded a picture of this product (purple) and newer Stott ball (yellow) side by side - Buy these if you want a smaller sized ball. However, you may need to buy several to find a same size pair - The Theraband balls and newer Stott balls (sold in pairs) are better quality but they are large - Theraband balls are pricey on Amazon (suggest you buy them elsewhere). Theraband is a great option if you don't have small hands. the Theraband balls also come with an exercise printout

Easier than Handweights

I bought this as an alternative for handweights (and as a novelty) and used it last night with my little while working out. I deal with arthritis, and sometimes holding handweights cramp my hands. I did not have that trouble with this weighted ball. I was easily able to go from one handed use to two handed with it's comfortable size and shape (though I do have relatively small hands). Highly recommended!

Not uniform

I bought two of the same toning balls at the same time and they are different sizes. They weigh the same, but there is a noticeable difference in size.

Two Pound Toning Ball

There is not enough iron sand in the 2-lb toning ball I received today. It sags and isn't round and solid. The 3-lb toning ball I purchased from the same company is firm. I am disappointed.

Very nice "toning balls"

These are pretty fine. The problem with toning balls are that if you go too cheap, they are often hard as rocks, which kind of defeats the purpose. Other times they are not too hard but just too damn large. These have none of these defects. But they are not the cheapest either. A good alternative to Thera Band soft weights for 2 and 3 pounders. I'm pretty satisifed, will have to see for durability but so far so good.

I received 2 of these. They are not the same. One is soft and the other is hard. I believe they are supposed to be equal size and feel. They are not.
