Works for me, better than expected. Gladly surprised.

Pictures attached for reference. First time, following the instructions I went progressively increasing temperature until I found 390F works for my hair. Fantastic. Easy to use, I just comb my hair for a few minutes, and voila! No more flat iron for me. I like the more natural results I got from using this brush. I have natural hair, with a lot of grey hair, soft and healthy but wavy curly with a bit of frizz. I washed my hair, added a drop of Heat Protection Serum, wait for the hair to get totally dry, pre-brush with my regular brush and then using the Smooth Operator. No burns, no hair snagged, no issue found. Love the results.

My new favorite hair tool!

This heat brush is actually pretty neat. I like being able to brush my hair and straighten it at the same time. It's works great for giving you "natural looking" straight hair. If you want slick, pin-straight hair, then a flat iron would probably be better. But this brush is fairly quick and easy and gets the job done. Mine didn't come with a glove or bag, but I probably wouldn’t have used them anyways. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 since the outer plastic bristles feel somewhat brittle. It probably wouldn't be good to just throw it in a drawer. But if you take care of it and don't kink the cord, it should last quite a while. I'm happy I bought it.

This works better than I could ever imagine! It has cut down on my styling time and no need for my straightener either. My hair is smooth and silky feeling. I would highly recommend!

Amazing for quick touch ups and when on the go.

I still have to use a flat iron on day 1. Day 2 and 3 are when I use this product. The only thing negative I have to say is the tips of your hair are a little fluffier than with a flat iron. The length of your hair will be smooth straight and silky but for pinching down on the ends for less volume on the tips a flat iron does a little better. I use this for day 2 or 3. Wake up with crimps or fuzzy hair? No problem THIS IS YOUR TOOL. A quick swipe through your hair and this gives you the look you had from the day before. PROS 1. Both Tourmaline & Ionic the dream team in smoothing devices. 2. Less damage to hair than using flat iron every day. 3. Affordable value price for quality product. CONS only that I had hoped to replace my flat iron completely but will still need it for the initial straightening process after a blow dryer. MY HAIR TYPE. Very thick hair and very course hair. Not just a lot of hair but each strand is much thicker than the average strand of hair. Lots of natural body. Enough to not be curly but awful when not curled or straightened. I can not leave the house with my hair in its natural state

Easy to use

This is a really convenient way to straighten hair in the morning. It can get those little frizzy hairs close to the roots too since it’s also a brush, so love that. Only complaint is I have to go through sections of hair a few times over to get them super straight, which didn’t happen when I used my flat iron. Overall a great product though.

So much better than a clamp straightener

I hate my clamp straightener because my hair gets caught so I was intrigued by this straightening brush. It definitely still tugs at my hair, but my hair doesn’t get tangled and caught the way it does in clamp straighteners. I also found it straightened my hair much quicker. Definitely a keeper.
