I was leery, but ….

I’m glad I took a chance! This came from the warehouse; they said it was brand-new, but the box was very much banged up. Because of the lower cost, I decided to take a chance and see how it shows up. It came just as described! Brand new but in a banged up box. I can deal with that for almost half the price lol This is my first aerobic step; it seems to be sturdy, holds my weight well and stays in place, but I can’t speak to the risers as I have not used them yet. Definitely worth what I paid for it.

Great Stepper

I really like this step it is sturdy and is long so that you don’t fill like you might have a misstep and fall off. The risers are very big and wide I haven’t used those with the step yet. This step reminds me of the one I had back in the 80’s same exact colors. The only thing I would have liked for this step to have is a rubberized pad on top so that it’s quieter when you’re stepping on it other than that it’s a great step.

I purchased the Sunny Fitness Step so that I could do step at home. It does work, and is sturdy enough - but it really is pretty small. I wear only a size 7, and my foot fills up the step (as you step onto it). I guess you really have to spend a lot more to get a larger step platform - but the other ones I saw on Amazon were about the same size, and some were a lot more expensive! I don't use the extra blocks on it all the time - but they are hard to insert, and also hard to get out. I thought of returning it after I got it, but decided to just keep it.

Sturdy and Stable

I bought this step for exercise after knee replacement. Is perfect for this purpose because it can be set for two heights, both lower than a normal step. You can progress as your knee heals and allows more flexibility. I looked at a lot of steps and this one was definately the most economical one and it is very sturdy. I even use it to more safely get on my exercise bike, which was hard to get on because of having to set the seat so high. Anyone who has had a knee replacement would understand the importance of making all exercise easier and safe and sturdy. It has lots of uses, even ease in stepping over the edge of a bathtub, also a problem for a knee replacement.

Sturdy but tends to slide on wood floor

I bought this item for my wife, who needs a step to get up into our rather high bed. It is easy to put together, light weight, and sturdy. My one complaint is that it tends to slide on the wood floor fairly easily. It does have four, slightly protruding, 5/8 inch grips build into the bottom of the unit, but these are made of plastic-like material that does not grip the floor well. Larger, more rubber-like feet might work better. I'm planning to get a thin rubber mat to place under the unit. If the unit were used on a carpeted floor, this would not be an issue and I would give the unit 5 stars.

That's a little annoying but not horrible

There are probably a few things you need to know before ordering: 1. It's long enough to use as a bench for chest work with a barbell. 2. The purple "feet" do not attach to the bench. That's a little annoying but not horrible. 3. As another reviewer stated - it does sag a bit. I only use it for Bodypump and not stepping. It's fine for that.

Sturdier Than It Looks

I've used this product twice and it is sturdier than it might appear on first looking at it. It stays in place. The one complaint is that it is not very wide. It should be at least 6 inches wider. However, I have been able to use it safely. I wear a 7/12 shoe.

I found this product to be cumbersome to move around as the 'stackable height adjustable legs' do not attach to the top and each time you move it, it comes apart. I also found this to be too large. It is sturdy, however I did return it for a smaller one that has extra height adjustable legs that actually attach to the product for easy moveability and storage.
