Best ever

I've gifted or recommended this product to every dog owner I know. So simple to use! I have one for each leash so I don't have to worry about transferring it or forgetting bags. Full bags stay hooked securely, I've only had them fall off once or twice.

Poop baggie holder

Overall the product is great, however, the velcro is weak but the the metal hooks are a great addition plus it came with a full roll of poop bags

Good alternative to plastic bag holders

I like the Kurgo brand as most of the time they make Sturdy items. The bag holder is attractive and functional. The front woven strip allows you to tie things on. It has a metal clamp? Which keeps it on your leash. The cons: the brand is stamped on and not stitched so it is already wearing off. (Minor complaint. The other is the flimsy Velcro straps as seen on the picture was easily torn. Because of the metal clip I’m still giving it a good review though it may not be a good option for thicker leashes

Always breaks down

We bought it twice and lost it both times. its not stable on the leash at all, and keeps coming off. It looks good, I just wish it worked great. And the best part was the Kurgo Customer Service lady tells me if you don't like it, you don't have to buy it ! That's exactly what I plan to do. Not buy their products.

Good product but…

It’s a good product and is very convenient. My only issue is that the Velcro that holds the bag to the leash is cheap and doesn’t hold well at all. The hook at the top will slid off the leash sometimes. Only once has both things happen at once causing me to have go back and pick it up. If you have multiple leashes this is very convenient and I would, even with the issues stated, recommended this product.

These are great!

I have these on three leashes now since they are a little lower profile than others. The ability to hang a used bag and hook the dispenser onto a backpack if wanted is a big plus as well.

Too small - in every aspect!

I specifically ordered this because ones I had before had with a similar hook for attaching 'used' bags while walking. This is like a miniaturized version of what I had bought before (sadly no longer available) and the hook is too tiny to be utilitarian. The bags are small. Although the design features were, I thought, what I was looking for, every part is scaled down making this very impractical. I like to put a few tissues and an ID card in along with the plastic bags, but there is no room. Badly designed in my opinion.

Great addition for walkies

I have found this to be a good little product. It fits onto my existing lead easily and is very secure. All of the poop bag rolls that I have tried have fit and the action of dispensing them has been fine although you do need to leave a little bit of the next bag protruding or you'll find yourself digging for the end next time. The two hooks at the bottom are a brilliant addition, BUT it can be quite difficult to get bags you've hooked on, back off, for the bin. It's easily the best dispenser that I've used for rolls of bags. Wish it came in a few different colours.

Clever Design for Dog Bags

I’ve gone through a few different types, so far this is proving to be the best one yet. This is designed with some thought. Little things that make this one different are listed below (if you have experienced any of the problems I mention, then you know… and this bag holder is for you!): 1) The velcro straps are a perfect length for attaching to leashes of various widths without being so long they get tangled into a big knot of Velcro. Note: as advertised, this is meant to be for leashes, not a wide strap backpack etc. 2) hooks in place and won’t ride up or down the leash 3) sits flush against the leash due to being strapped / attached at multiple points, instead of dangling down and swinging as you walk 4) despite mentioning multiple points of arrangement, actually quite easy to attach and can be transferred quickly enough if switching leashes etc 5) small and compact overall, stays as flush as can be against the leash 6) the retention hooks for used bags allow for folks who tie off the bag in different ways (yep, that’s a thing) 7) let’s be honest, no bag dispenser slot is perfect, but I like the fact that this slot is between the leash and the holder, keeping the end of the next bag tucked a bit - if you’ve ever had the end of a bag catch on something (like the excessively long Velcro straps from other holders, or catch on your clothing or treat bag etc), then you know how annoying it is to look back and realize your entire roll of bags has been slowly pulled out and is now trailing behind you on the trail. Of course it’s always when the roll was just replaced. Did I put too much thought into this? Maybe, but I have two large and rambunctious dogs and look for all ways to make it a bit easier to get out with them. I wish I bought two of these, but I hate wasting things and I still have 1 other type that hasn’t failed yet. But when it does (as all the others have), then I know this will be the replacement for it and I’ll likely never need to replace with another.

Great little invention

I love the design of this bag holder. It’s not big or bulky, yet holds a lot of plastic poop bags, and fits well on a flat leash. I hooked the top to the bottom of the handle on my dog’s leash (to keep it from sliding) and the little Velcro straps keep it firmly in place. A bonus is the little hooks at the bottom...even if you don’t use poop bags feigned with handles, you can easily attach a used bag to the hook by tying the bag shut and putting it onto the hook just below the knot. Keeps everything tidy and east to handle. The only con I’d maybe have is that I’ve found (using the roll of bags that were provided with the holder) is that in unraveling the roll to get one bag out, the entire roll has a tendency to fall out if you’re not careful. But, that to me is a very minor issue. And since I plan on using handled bags that don’t come in a roll, I’m just going to put a few loose ones in the holder whenever we go out. While I haven’t had this for very long yet, it does appear to be very well made, good stitching, sturdy material, and I suspect it will last a very long time. Two paws very high up for this one!

Best solution for a poop bag carrier

I originally purchased a plastic poop bag carrier from a Large Chain Store that shatter when it hit the pavement. Another one became detached. I researched the heck out of options and this one is by far the best. It's securely attached, stays flat, fits the million other rolls that I purchased from the Large Chain Store, does not shatter every time I drop the leash, etc. Looks like it's made from a very sturdy fabric and the zipper is a quality one. Its seen lots of rough play and is still in great shape. The poop bag hooks are also a great feature and keeps my other hand free. STOP YOUR RESEARCH NOW AND BUY IT. The other options all suck.

No se instala fácilmente en un cinturón de paseo.

Cuándo el paquete de bolsas se está por terminar se sale todo el paquete pues no tiene un seguro para sostener correctamente las bolsas. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que no hay forma de colocarlo fácilmente en un cinturón de paseo de la misma marca (Kurgo), solo trae un ganchito que no se asegura muy bien de nada y que en cualquier momento se puede caer.
