Incredible, especially for hips
I have a pretty decent assortment of self massage tools (lacrosse balls, theragun, foam roller, massage sticks, etc.) but this thing hits a few areas that nothing else gets to the same way. I bought this as kind of a dual-purpose tool to hit a couple specific areas. 1: My hips. Over the years my hips have gotten so insanely tight. Went from being able to do backflips and splits as a kid, to not even being able to put an ankle on a knee to sit in the classic “figure 4” position. With this, I lay on my back and put it on one of my hips, with that leg in a figure 4. The pain and release is legitimately almost orgasmic at times. It hurts in a way that I can tell my body REALLY needs it. I slowly and gently roll around trying to find the real trigger point and, when I hit it, I focus on that area and breathe deeply for a few minutes. I can feel my hips and lower back release and relax into it as I start to tolerate the pain and focus on my breath. I spend about 5 minutes on each hip and it really does the trick. This ball is SUPER hard though, so if you’re not into hard, rough textures, maybe start with the orange version of this ball, which has more give. At first I kinda wished I’d purchased the softer one, but I’ve gotten used to the hard density. 2: I wanted to target my psoas without spending $80 on the pso-rite or something similar with only 1 practical use. Lacrosse balls and foam rollers can’t really get to that area and the theragun is pretty uncomfortable in that spot. This ball gets to the psoas and, judging by how violent the pain is, does a good job. I’ve never tried a psoas-specific device, so I can’t compare it to one, but this is large enough to get there, without being too large. Might be a little tougher to get to the spot on somebody with smaller proportions though (I’m 6’ tall). Also works wonders on calves and feet. Again, this ball can feel pretty heinous if you’re not used to this type of pain and release, so the orange version might be better for some people. It has also left slight purple bruising on my butt the next day from using it on my hips. And not even really bruising, just little purplish-red spots in a weird pattern, I couldn’t tell what it was for a minute but my girlfriend realized what it was. I don’t get those spots anymore though. Overall, this is definitely worth the $27 or so I spent on it. I use it almost daily. Definitely going to buy the orange version too.

Best roller ball for the price (bought it for my roommate as a guft)
Helps with muscle tension, strain/pain and more, according to my roommate, who is the person I bought this for in addition to the cylindrical roller from the same brand. He's about 6'4" and a bit overweight with back problems and said it helps him a lot and is really sturdy. Best when paired with the largest cylindrical back roller from the same brand.

Awesome medium size ball for rolling inner thigh or scapula on ground to pinpoint where pain is where a lacrosse ball would be too small. Highly recommend.

A must have for the knots torchering you.
Best investment ever. I have tries rollers baseballs softballs tennis balls..anything to get the knots out of my shoulder blades, and my IT bands. This thing has just enough give to make the process only slightly uncomfortable (really needed the firmness to make any progress) and enough to actually get knots out I have dealt with for years.

I don't know how I lived without one of these for my home and one for my office. My life was a nightmare before I got these things. My lower back is trash without a massage ball jammed into it several times a day.

La rigidez exacta, texturas para dar en el lugar correcto. Esta pelota me ha ayudado bastante a eliminar contracturas en espalda baja y glúteos. Para las piernas es excelente. Ampliamente recomendada.
