Great little collection

I knew I would love this little collection. I have been making quilts for over 20 years, and designing my own labels. Then I figured out I can leave that little effort to a pro, while still having some creative control with color etc. By the time I I finish a quilt ( my specialty is baby quilts, so I make many), it’s very nice to have an appropriate label at hand. There are some really fun ones here! My only gripe is that some are super large! Can’t use them. But I can take ideas from them. Recommend.

Lots of Nice Labels

I have only had this book a couple of days and have not had time to make a quilt label let alone a quilt to put it on and it may be awhile before I do but I am happy with what I have recieved.

Great designs but maybe I'm doing it wrong. See word of caution below.

I have only used this once but I love the design I used. It was the circled feathers and perfect for my sister's quilt. My word of caution is to put some paper between the fabric and your ironing board. The design went through the fabric and is now permanently imprinted on my ironing board. I'm worried that it will stick to other fabric in the future if I iron on that cover. The other thing is that the image on my board is much darker than what I got on the fabric. I had to get my Pigma pens out and retrace it all. While I was at it I took colored pencils and colored all the feathers then heat set it and treated it with Retayne. It's beautiful with all that color! I would recommend this and I would buy it again.

Don’t do it

I followed the directions and got a good image on the fabric. I washed the quilt and the image totally faded.
