Amazing

If you have ever pumped up an inflatable, paddleboard by hand, then you know how hard and tiring it is. We bought this pump because we are lazy. Ha ha. However, it is an amazing pumping does the job very well. We had an issue/question about the pump too. I reached out to customer support, and they were very responsive. That is amazing! Would definitely buy from again.

Pump works well, it’s just really loud and takes quite a while. Ours arrived with a faulty wall charger, but customer service was great and sent us a new charger and now it works perfectly.

Works Amazing!

This pump does a fantastic job. I've used it a few times now pumping up my ISUP and a friend's. I think it was doing both in about 7 minutes each (inflating to 12.5 psi). It's definitely far easier than manually pumping. It does get hot after one pump but I just let it cool for a minute or so before moving onto the next. It handles two ISUPS with ease and shows 60% charge after both are done. I've only used it on the built in battery so far and not through my car. Being able to take it away from the car is so convenient. I think you could handle 4 ISUPS off the battery alone depending on how high you need the PSI. I didn't find the button controls to be hard to understand. The only thing is between pumping different boards you will need to hold the power off, then put it back on and it should now start pumping the next board. It came with different rubber hose seals which you can swap out for a better fit. I do have to swap these when pumping my friends board as they need a smaller rubber seal than mine uses. You need a proper fit between the hose and valve otherwise air may be escaping while you are pumping it up. Another pro is this comes in a case. Makes it easy to keep all your parts in one place so you don't lose anything. There are also additional hose valves which could be used to pump up other inflatables. Overall I have been very impressed with this pump. It works great. It does not struggle to power up multiple boards and is fast. The deflate also works well on this to get more air out of the board than if you had just pushed the valve down and were letting it air out on its own. The design is also nice because you can fit the cables under the orange top which flips up/down and keeps them in place when not in use. 5/5 stars, would definitely recommend.

All the parts are there

Just unpacked and am charging unit now. Won't be able to use for 2 weeks yet. Has everything that was advertised and all the parts were there also.

Doesn't work right in battery mode

I specifically bought this particular pump to use in battery mode, as none of the other pumps have that option. This one is considerably more expensive than the others. It seemed to work fine right out of the box, but the first time I took it to the lake, it wouldn't work in battery mode, even though it was fully charged. I had to use it in car charger mode. When I got home I plugged it in to the outlet, and it said 97% charged, and it worked fine, I unplugged it and it worked fine in battery mode. 5 minutes later I tried it again, and no go. It won't work in battery mode, unless you use it within 2 minutes of unplugging it. I've contacted the company, and I'm awaiting a reply from them. I hope we can figure out what's wrong, or that they replace it, because when it worked plugged in, it worked really well! I will update this review when I have something new to report because I had high hopes for this product Update!!!! Important update!! I have changed my review of this product from one star to 4 star. I contacted the seller of this pump, SereneLife's, Customer Service department via their website and asked "is the product was defective or am I doing something wrong?" Their response was to refer me to Amazon for a refund. Wrong answer! What I needed was technical support. I requested a replacement through Amazon and found that the replacement had the same issue. I thought something is amiss here, and I reread the operation manual for the pump and noticed that it mentioned holding the power switch down for 3 seconds after charging the pump. It also mentioned that the LED screen would time out after 2 minutes without pumping to save battery charge. What it DIDN'T mention was that after ANOTHER 2 minutes, the pump would completely power down, and not work again until it's either plugged into a power source, or you hold down that power button for 3 seconds again. Apparently this is what has been happening to many customers, and is the reason for all of these conflicting reviews on this site. It's working fine now, and I'm VERY happy with it. All I needed was someone to interpret the vague and incomplete instructions in the manual. IF THE PUMP HAS BEEN INACTIVE FOR 4 MINUTES AFTER CHARGING, IT WON'T WORK IN BATTERY MODE UNITL YOU HOLD DOWN THE POWER BUTTON FOR 3 SECONDS. Then the LCD screen will light up, push the power button again for a second, and it works great. If it won't come out of the low pressure mode after reaching approx 1 PSI, touch the power button again, and it will kick into high pressure mode. It usually does this automatically, but for some reason it occasionally doesn't. This is a great pump and I'm only giving it a 4 star instead of 5 due to the unclear instructions causing such a hassle and me having to order a second pump, only to have to send it back, after figuring out that the problem was operator error due to poor documentation by the manufacturer.

Great two stage Air pump, perfect for SUP’s up to 16 psi

The media could not be loaded. If you own an inflatable SUP you’ve probably already decided to purchase a pump, no need to have a heart attack before you even get on the water. Personally I wanted a dual powered/battery backed 2 stage compressor capable of filling several successive boards and this one fits the bill. In addition to pumping up a board in 10-11 minutes, it also completely and rapidly deflates boards to make it easier to pack up at the end of the day. Overall it ticks all the boxes, like many others have suggested, I’ll probably remove the nozzles from the ring and do something else to keep them together. The DC cord is approximately 10’ although although were unlikely to use it since we currently only have two boards to inflate/deflate. The one negative and subtraction of a star is the fact that several of the illustrations suggesting a full working range to 20#, it in fact only goes to 16#. Our boards both are 18# capable but 16# is sufficient, no way I’m going to manually do those last two pounds as they’re the tough ones! Overall like the product, however would have selected another had I known that it was limited to 16#, lessons learned.

Great SUP pump. Pumps 2 boards on one charge. Awesome customer service

This SUP pump works great. Able to pump up at least 2 boards on one charge and it only takes a few hours to fully recharge. Noise level is reasonable and it pumps up to 15 psi in about 8 -10 mins. So much better than a hand pump and I like that it’s portable. As a bonus it has lights and USB ports so we have also taken it camping. Had an issue after a season with the power button. Pump still worked with the car power, but not without. Contacted Serene Life and even though the pump was out of warranty Sarah got me a new pump within 2 weeks. New pump works great and fantastic customer service.

Fantastic pump. Worth the price.

This pump is fantastic. I pumped my SUP board up to 15 PSI in about 10 minutes. By far the fastest pump I have used. It took about 25% of the battery charge, so from a full charge, I am estimating 3-4 boards could be pumped up before it would need to be recharged. Or just run it off the power outlet from the car. I wish I had bought this pump months ago.

It works well

Although the SLSUPB518 rising flow has written on it: do not inflate with a compressor, I have used this compressor 4 times with the SereneLife Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board (6 Inches Thick) with Premium SUP Accessories & Carry Bag | Wide Stance, Bottom Fin for Paddling, Surf Control, Non-Slip Deck | Youth & Adult Standing Boat. It inflates quickly and turns off at desired pressure. It takes about 9 minutes to inflate the sup to 15psi and uses about 27% of the battery.

After 8 trips the pump failed.

August 6 2021 follow up : After 8 outings the pump stopped working. Made several attempts to contact Serene Life for warranty support ( Facebook and call centre ) but no response. $200 down the drain , zero support. Get something else. Serene Life is not reliable
