you need this for your hermit crabs!!!

great little hermit cave! I would really recommend this for your hermies. They are always in it. Also don't bother putting a sponge in the pool because hermit crab can't drown. Many people don't know that. But my hermit crab love this!!!!

Crabs love it!!

Love this castle crib for my crabs. Both my crabs LOVE it!! They love going under to hide!! Highly recommended for your crabs! They love burrowing under it!

Perfect for young crabs.

This is perfect for my young hermit crabs! Herm and Di are still quite small, so they fit in the cave without much problem. I also dug out a little sand under it, so they will fit, even if they grow into larger shells. However, for a large hermit, this is probably not the best fit. My only complaint is that my first one arrived broken. This was mostly because Amazon packaged it with heavy sand, which crushed it, but they were very quick to correct this and sent me a new one, which arrived whole. In the attached pictures, the brown is the first I received that I have glued together, with a standard size chapstick for reference. The one in the tank is the gray replacement; they apparently come in assorted colors.

My crabs love it!

The media could not be loaded. This is such a cool addition to my hermit crab habitat. My two small hermit crabs have room to nest and still be separate from each other under the cave. They really seem to like it. Upon adding it into their habitat, one of my crabs dug a nice hole in the sand under the water bowl and molted!

Done with flukers

The sand is the only thing I have had a worse experience with over this product. Crabs need to submerge in a pool for it to be a good value. Product description is misleading.

Very nice item. Bigger than I thought so I can replace one of the current water dishes with this one giving more room in the habitat as well as another ‘cozy’ spot for my hermit crabs!
