Lid handle threads. Poor

You cannot lift the jug with 2 gallons of water in it with the screw on lid the handle pops right off the threads

Easy poultry waterer

This is the best and easy waterer I have. The top black cap twists off for easy fill I wish I'd of bought this years ago. The only thing , when I opened the box to check out this product I realized there is a small cap missing. It's the cap to vent out the air. I will contact the seller about it but besides that, I'm very happy with it

Design flaw with the black cap. It is almost impossible to fit flush and screw down.

The idea behind the product is great, but because the water container cannot be taken off the tray, debris gets trapped underneath it and it is impossible to clean out effectively. The cap is extremely difficult to set correctly to close and get an airtight seal, so many of the times, the waterer is set down and gushes all the water out. Would not buy this brand again unless the design is improved.

The top come off and I can feel it without turning it upside down.

This is the best water jug yet. It's a life saver compared to many others I used.

It is what it is...

It is what it is...awkward to carry when full. You must tighten the lid really tight to keep the correct vacuum inside to prevent all the water from simply flowing out. And in the winter it's cold on the hands having to fiddle with the teeny tiny screw cap in the trough. Wish my chicks would drink from the nipple type waterers.

Love it as its a top fill which is great for me as I have lifting restrictions. Only bad thing is it leaks everywhere when you refill it if there's water in it..

The small cap is necessary to seal the tank for refill.

This is an excellent product. I now have two of them. But, the lastest product lacked the little black cap that is essential to seal it to fill it with water. PLEASE SEND ME THE LITTLE BLACK CAP THAT WAS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE SHIPPMENT RECEIVED 7/1/2020. THANK YOU.

just want to tell anyone that gets this item that u need to definitely oil the lid with a vegetable oil..and DO NOT over tighten! just tighten till the lid is secure.. great product otherwise!
