Life saver

My little one was super colicky. This helped a lot. Simple and easy to use. If you need rest, get this and try it out. Just follow the instructions. This helped the gassy tummy of my little one.

Not sure if it really helps...

The NICU nurses used hot packs on my baby's abdomen when he had gas, so I decided to buy these and see if they would help him at home. I'm not fond of having to "recharge" the packs by boiling them after every use, and so right now they are sitting under his bassinet, both cloudy white from being used. It's hard to make myself clear them up when there's a lot to do and I don't know if they help to begin with. There's no strap to hold it on his belly like some other products, so you have to put it in the hand pouch and hold it on his belly. This also makes it less convenient. Overall, not a terrible product, but it could definitely be improved with a hands-free option.

Works great the first time, impractical afterward

This worked amazingly the first time we used it. It heated up quickly, and almost instantly calmed our screaming baby. The little pouch with the hand strap is really convenient. However... it's really impractical for future uses. It's got that little metal disc that you flex to activate the heating gel the first time, but from then onward it must be boiled to reactivate. I don't know about you, but when my baby is screaming in pain, I don't have the time or the wherewithal to put on a pot of water, wait for it to boil, boil the heating pack for 10-15 minutes, and then wait for it to cool enough to be placed on baby's belly. If this were redesigned to be microwaveable, I would absolutely purchase it and recommend it to every parent I know. As it is right now, I'd say don't waste your money.

Not for everyone

I like the fact that it has a pouch to use for the baby and a sac for you to “boil” the bags in. It did not work for my daughter, she hated it and still does every time I try to use it to soothe her. The product overall is good as it is warm to the touch when you activate the little bags.

good for one time use

it was great for a one time use. they heated up instantly & relieved my baby’s tummy, but then after you have to boil them it’s not the same. when your baby needs it you have to wait for water to boil then boil it for 20-30 minutes before you can take it out to use it. not worth the trouble. just buy a microwaveable heating pad.

Sent broken

One heat pack was sent like this. Would be ok if it could be reset but unfortunately it stays in this state. The other heat pack work perfectly and I can use it how everything in order to get a refund I have to send the item back and I desperately need to continue to use the one working heat pack

doesn’t do anything

im not sure what the raves about this product is about but it didn’t help wit soothing or relieving. it’s easy to use but also a pain having to boil it back to normal. i dont see a difference while using this product
